I wonder if Capricorn date the wrong people because they date those who see them? Ordinarily we are not seen romantically so if someone notices us; the soft side of us we start to overlook certain things or red flags.
The point being, in the last 3 years I’ve learnt I don’t need anyone, I’m happy on my own, resetting my boundaries and setting goals for myself that I’m working towards!

However, I started to work on myself emotionally and spiritually and now I feel like I’m perfect just the way I am, with or without a partner. However, I realize that I am ready to be in a relationship but I’m not looking. Recently though, an amazing woman just walked into my life and if we progress to a relationship, great and if we don’t, that’s still great. It really is about internal view.

I was in a marriage for 20 years with an Aries, I was always faithful, he wasn’t! He emotionally abused me, so it took me a long time to find me again, and learn to be the true me again, he made me feel like I wasn’t worthy of loving, believe all the horrible things he said I was! People always ask “ why not leave?” He was so manipulative he abused me in small ways, the more I just accepted it, the worse it became until it just became normal! It’s a drip, drip process, I didn’t see it happening to me, I changed in to this horrible person, I was so unhappy!! He was emotionally unavailable, I’m a Capricorn so am empathetic, caring and loving. 3 years later Ive had a lot of abuse therapy. And have learnt to accept it for what it was, he was no good for me. I’ve totally cut him off now as I can’t be dealing with his drama anymore! He just won’t let it go and keeps trying to contact me! Thanks for all the cappy messages, I really don’t think I’m a true Capricorn!
What you saod about everything being connectrd to work in a cappies life is dumb crucial. I need to be safe secure and happy with my work, just like i need breathe, and when it come relationships the dissatisfaction and PAIN that saturn rains down on you when you are not in alignment with your highest self damages your ability to maintain relationships.

If I could add one thing (from my Taurus Sun point of view) to the points you mentioned,is that you guys are very sensitive sometimes and have difficulties differentiating between an honest advice and insult.They are not the same :) If you are already in a log term friendship/relationship and your friend/partner gives you an honest advice/opinion about something that might hurt at first, please don't consider that as an insult. This is a pattern I've seen in a lot of Capricorn, they can cut off people after long relationships not judging an honest advice correctly. I wish you health and strength for achieving your goals!

I'm a Taurus and I'm very direct (no BS,nor lies) and I know this can come off as being harsh sometimes. I think you are right with what you wrote, the point with you guys is that even if you are in an emotional state you hide it so well that the person who is talking to you has no clue about it. Even if Taurus can read Capricorn quite well compared to the other signs, sometimes even we don't know what is happening inside you. If I know my Capricorn friend is sad ,I will obviously encourage him and talk to him differently. People are not mind readers :) You are probably a mature Capricorn,but an immature one would cut of a friendship anytime when it is about something job related.(personal experience)
