She thought me to add cocoa powder in my vanilla cake if am making chocolate cake. And red food color if red velvet. I was just shocked when you mentioned it. I got my first cake order and i would like to put in my best into it. Pls can you help me with red velvet recipe. I have already seen the chocolate cake recipe. Will try it soon. I have been doing fondant cake for so long and needed to do buttercream as well but my problem is transportation,where do I get packages?
.normally I just use the transparent packaging and I'm done😒.
The way whipped cream is done in Nigeria is so easy and less stressful but couldn't find it where I live just the liquid packaged ones..

You made mention of sachet "butter" ( margerine). Do you mean they're not quality enough? What brand would you suggest?
Yes, don't bake with sachet margarine especially those we have in Nigeria if you live here. Valido is a good brand.
