A movie where the President of the United States is a fictional character who was entirely made up for that movie is timeless. The Marvel Cinematic Universe, it seems like within that fictional universe their president of the U.S. is a fictional character... They've never made any references to modern real life events like that and as long as they continue to avoid making references to real world things the MCU can be timeless. A lot of people mistake timeless as meaning good but actually many timeless movies are terrible. They're only timeless because they don't make any references to the time period when the movie was made. People of any generation can watch and enjoy a movie, even an arguably bad movie, when they don't need to live in that time period to understand outdated references to things that were popular during that time. Another example is movies with original scores will last longer than movies with inserted current songs of what ever is popular at the time they were made. Alvin and the Chipmunks, the original cartoon versions were timeless because they actually sang original music. The live action movies are going to be dated pretty fast because they only sing cover songs of current popular music.
