lol... you realize youre the only legit knowledge source on all these devices on youtube. was on rotation and the ob doc couldnt find an early term heartbeat during ob checkup. asked the tech to get the big standup ultrasound machine but it was busy being used by the other provider. doc got upset and started ranting "why are they always hogging the US machine, why do we only have one machine...ect."
I offered to go get my machine out of my backpack and he must of thought I was joking. "oh yeah, sure, now I gotta see this."
Came back and we were able to instantly visualize baby. still having trouble with his handheld heartbeat microphone thing so I offered to use the doppler setting on mine which worked instantly. after the visit he walked me to the office manager's office and told her I wasn't allowed to leave the room until she ordered him one (Dr's also the CMO of the hospital). said he doesnt care what she has to do to, find the funds, either out of his CE fund or his next paycheck lol. feel like were still in the stone age regarding portables here in the USA. im glad i found your channel yo.

@@vevenaneathna is the app interface in chinese language? am scared of spending 3000usd for chinese product and broke it after few usage

@@sakitperut123 well mine was only $1700 after tax, shipping and tarrif, so more like 1200$, and no the app is not in chinease by default. i think you can change the settings to other languages other than engish though. tbh it came really well packaged. they sent it with a cheap little wireless charging stand and i took that appart to see if it was worth using (it wasnt). inside most wireless chargers is a delicate thin iron/ferrite wafer to concentrate the flux or however wireless charging works and that wasnt broken either. the app takes some getting used to, not very intuitive. so far ive been able to impress my preceptors by diagnosing a bakers cyst, place difficult IV lines, and easiest of all was OB checkup scans. I have tried and failed at finding cholecystitis/stones and pancreatitis but i think thats mostly down to my skill level. I really should be able to find the gallbladder though with some more practice. ive dropped the probe a few times and it hasnt done anything too it. i think it fell off my couch and my desk onto carpet. I found a hard shell aluminum glasses case which i keep it in now with a microfiber bag thing that my knockoff bone conduct headphones came in lol. cant remember if i said this already but i emptied out a pocket sized hand sanitizer bottle and filled it with US gel. very portable. good luck

Would love to see a video on which probe is best for sono guided IV and IV access use. Trying to find a decently priced probe to use in the ER for difficult IV sticks. These seem like a viable, easy to use option to help increase successful IV start rates, and increase the use of sono to help with IV starts. Might even buy one for myself to use as my own tool to bring with me to work!

really easy to identify veins with this probe. not sure if its worth the high price though.

Hola Alex!
