Hearing them engines come to life after years of sitting was a treat!..😎👍
It sounds like a angry swarm of bees lol. So bad ass
Amazing 👍 you should build a twin rotostart system (and use two glow plug starters at the same time) 😁😁
Txs for sharing, great stuff 👍⛽️👍
Crazy torque on little stand looks good
I'd keep this one mate. That thing is super rare and amazing 👌
I'm with you, I think it'll be sale on the right price basis 😊
The idea must be to run one at a time to tune each. Then run both for a blast about.
Great video. Glad you brought the twin nitro out for an exercise. Wooo therapy. Take care mate. Wooo much love😊
Great see bud I remember when came out I had HPI VHS tapes great stuff
Nice!! Sounds so wicked when they both run🤟🏼🏁😎 Looking forward to see it run on a gravel field or something like that! 😁
Nice! I go back to 3:00 over and over lol.
That is an absolutely glorious noise when they’re both running. I’d see about some stiffer clutch springs or heavier shoes, and make sure it’s matched. I think there’s some harmonic interference between the two engines causing them to fight each other
A 4 shoe is potentially in the pipeline 🤟😁
I enjoy nitro rc cars I have a trx rushler 2.5 and when they don't run right they are a right pain in the ass, we got a few of us to meet up is good fun
You'll pan out a lot better if You start them up and let them sit and idle for 5 minutes. You got to let them warm up before you keep hitting the throttle or they'll stall out. Try that see if that helps you if you didn't already try. And then before you even try to start them shake the buggy all around and get that gas and oil mixed up again. It'll make a big difference it will mix up the separated oil from the gas. Just shake your buggy for like 30 seconds and get that oil and gas mixed up again because as you know like you said The oil and gas will separate the oil go clog everything up. So shake shake shake before you try to start it.
I had the same steering issue with my traxxas e revo…..what I and others did was just run the steering on one servo,,,,,,no issues after that
That really does sound awesome
Keep up the gd vids! I really feel like sending u a shelf bracket for your engine shelf! looks like 1 more engine to the collection an shel snap 😂👍
So I used to race 1/10 scale sedan cars when I was about 15 on up and I got in trouble once because we had Windows 98 at the time a brand new computer😂 and my mom saw all these search histories for hot bodies😂 I had to type it in and show her that it wasn't what she thought it was😂✌️
Haha that's funny! Type that in nowadays and you'll get what she thought it was 🤣🤣
Sweet bud lovely truck good find not them about much
Glad I watched this all the way through, lots of good nitro tips, however the best advice is the 30 seconds from the end. I subbed just for that.
Thank you for the sub 🤟
It's a pleasure having you here 😄
Really neat to see and here one of those run. It's been a while. Can't wait til you get them tunned in. I know it's a pain. But I love nitros myself.
Me too, I didn't get to see how they ran really because of that battery, but I'll sort that out and next time we'll have them running in perfect harmony 😊😀👌
It sounds wicked bro, i like it can't wait to see some speed runs
Also you might wanna look into. A roto start system from the savage xl. Or just pick up the shaft . Its really long it might make starting the truck a little easier
I agree, I have the long shaft somewhere but I can't find it I had all the boxes of RC stuff turned out the other week lol.
Nice progress mate, it sounds lovely now
That thing looks amazing, can't wait to see you give it a proper run!
great work mate looks good sounds amazing man ,cant wait to see it run and how it handles
its a beast !👍😉
Wow cheers haggard. Thank you
That's sweet would love to.find one of them for my self
That is mint love it!
Sham bud had that other day my gladiator or too off resiver battery died try fix pull starter s get some more unbreakable string battery packs
nice video bro , i sold one of these years ago for £200 wish i kept it now
What a beast😂
I'm surprised you haven't got a rolling road for nitro in your garage, have a look on TH-cam for CooperMan 80 he runs an HPI Savage on a home made one.
You clearly have the knowledge and technology to make one. I think you'd make a great job of it, to be totally honest. Make it adjustable to match the model ?
Came from the buddies garagee, now we hereee!! Noiceeeee 💯🙏
Yes i had a bad batterie hump pack also. That is what caused the run aways on the quake . They are pricy too. 🎉😊
really enjoy your videos, so calm and relaxed, do more vids picking up rcs and doing them up and testing. nice one
Thank you, I have some more in the pipeline 😁
@@HaggardRC cool can't wait to see. Cheers
Could you not fabricate a bit of tube and a splitter so it's just one carb for both engines so they both run the same. Sames with the glow starter and roto start?
I love our vids Mr rusty they have helped me out so much👍
That's no fun lol 😂
It sounds sweet 👍
Great stuff mate.!! 👍 👍 👍
Thank you!
Absolute mint geezer
You might have to start them both up and let them ideal together trough a tank of gas maybe?
Did you seem how well they ran at the end? MINT! 😀
I'd of said lean, especially on the low end. Also you want to richen when it's cold, not lean.
Tune one at a time then run both together
What kind of tires are on there?
Apologies if its been mentioned but ive got to know: Does one engine do the front and another the rear axle or are both engines geared together?
They borh drive the spur so, they both drive front and back together.
Hearing my servo s not turning steering well my ssk Couse battery getting flat or need more powerful servos
❤😂❤ brilliant mate
Thanks 😁
Man I bet they'd have run a heck of alot better sooner had you simply picked up the truck and give it a bit of full throttle to blow them out a bit rather than messing around with the air/fuel mixture jets! That old gelled fuel is in there and needs to be burned out or cleaned out then they'll run mint!
Yeah man did you see they run like a dream, really nice engines 🤟
Nice truck! You gonna sell that one?
I bought it to sell but, I think I might end up keeping it because it has a childhood feel about it!
💯 keep it
I think you're right 🤣
Oh' thats! Not good now the RC Anlage ⚡ No. Name: man Pack zusammen.
dont sell it keep it
Could you give me any suggestions on my nitro car?
It was running for awhile, and then as soon as I take the glow starter off it’ll shut off now I can’t even get it to start. It’ll try to start but I can’t get it to run.
@@Steamenginemanglow plug is bad get a new plug problem solved and people always tell you if they light up they’re good that’s false eventually they will still light up but they burn off the coating on the filament that they’re Tipton. I usually change mine after about a gallon through each car or if something changes in my two new glow plug you should be all set and re-prime it never store with you on. It always use after run oils
@@michaelhoobler7520 thank you very much that has really helped
The terrible ideas these dual engine trucks give me 😂
Hahaaaa!!
Gooood😂savagelove
Great video mate. Are you gonna do a review of the futaba? How does it perform?
cheers from Austria;)
p.s. normally a good model shop would replace the battery. I am 90% certain that the bigger online shops in my surroundings would do it.
I never thought of a review on the radio... I've had it quite a while now and yeah it's great haha
and if you want a case for cheap i would get some foam (which are for transmitter bags) and get some sort of small bag where it doesnt rattle aroung@@HaggardRC
Cracking idea 💡
Is this same as ofna twin engine?
Nope, totally different
Love the sound of the two engines suck they sold u a shit hump pack! They won't tack them back here either !
Haha no they won't take batteries back, really annoying but I suppose that's how big companies get big... take take rake....
I reckon the twin servos constantly under pressure drained the battery. Wheelspin are dicks though.
You should never deal with wheelspin.....
I shop there a lot and they're usually great but with batteries they treat you as if you know nothing. Which, as they're a business I suppose is because they get a lot of people who treat batteries badly then want them replaced 🤷♂️
Double trouble
Dunnn dun duuuuunnnnnnnn 🤣
Nice video but I'd never buy another Nitro rc again , I'm spoiled with 4s , 6s and 8s 10000 mah lipos 😂
