Being Present

too often, I get caught up in the noise of social media. shaking my fist, head and colon over what others are or not doing. During an afternoon walk, i was present. a state of mind I learned in 2019. Mother Nature reminded me why she is the best noise to be present with and from time to time, even though mankind is jacking up our planet, there are some nice days to spend out side vs online. It was peaceful. The sun felt good. the breeze was refreshing.
Far better than the comment section of the online socials.
