    Had you snipped the stems of the 1st batch and then the frozen bunch?
    I bet the thawed leaves could easily be used for infusing into oil. I do like how you mentioned how strong the scent was when you took it out.

      Preserved eucalyptus in craft supply shops are green, not browned. I wonder if they're adding a dye.

      Possibly! Some of mine were more green and some less so. I’ve seen it added with other things dried, like statice to keep a green stem.

      Quite a while! I have 3yo ones still displayed. They are upright in a vase and out of sunlight.

      I haven’t tried. I heard it was hard to do but I had someone on here say they were successful. If mine overwinter in hoophouse I’ll try it!
