Anthony's Italian Specialties - Stoneham, MA

All of your old school sub shop favorites find their way onto Anthony's menu. There's an ultra tender steak tip sub flavored with that famous Dom's marinade. A Steak Bomb spiked with mushrooms, peppers, onion and American cheese. And the flavorful Chicken Prosciutto - an eye-popping sandwich that went viral on Anthony's social media.

Glad to see this place on Phantom. I've been going to Anthony's for years. I now live in Natick, but will make the drive back to Stoneham for one of their sandwiches. Simply the best around!

I live near Louisville, Kentucky... lots of great Italian places to eat near by... but Anthony's Italian Specialties looks like a place I'd drive an hour to eat at!

I just tried it for the first time today, Italian on a large twisted roll, with everything on it, I swear, it must of weighed 2 pounds!!! Very delicious, worth the fight of traffic from Quincy!!!

That looks like its on the corner of the main road from Melrose ? . I grew up in this area. The big place was TOOTYS in Wakefield. Cheese steak subs and Italian meals made by the family that owned the place. I dont remember Melrose or Stoneham having great places like Tootys. This looks similar. I will have to look at the menu. CS sub At Ts was $2.99

Just got a steak bomb there,it.was frigging packed,and.with pepperoni too! It was huge and delicious with cheese throughout the whole sub! Place rivals Carl's Steak subs in Waltham and Anthony's is cheaper!

This made me think... has anyone taken a Texas Style Smoked Brisket, and then chilled it and sliced it up like deli meat cold cuts? 🤔 I know Pastrami exists, but that without the curing.
