There will be so much more to savor and experience unique, tasty and delicious street foods coming your way when you visit the nearby South Luzon provinces outside Manila as mentioned by Angelica Ruth. Great vid Luke. However you havent tried the proper pinoy street food. Comeback there and try the sizzling sisig (minced pork face, ear) with rice, and the grilled pork and chicken innards like isaw (chicken intestine), adidas (chicken feet), helmet (chicken head), atay (pork or chiken liver), betamax (blood), chicken gizzard, pork skin. You can actually see these in many streets of manila from 5pm onwards. Just look for the smoke, usually it's grill stand for these items. More importantly, Balut is not a fermented egg. It's an underdeveloped duck egg that is boiled at least a week before it hatches. If you dont want to get a mini pokemon, ask how many days the balut is.the bigger the nearer it is to hatch before it got cooked.
