My quation is that the number u substitute in the x+y = 5 is that the unreduced(the number we multiply by 10 to make it simple).at that point i have lost u... please help me😅

.05 x 1000 = 50

This is way too complicated for me. I wish I was able to remember all of these steps.
Math definitely takes practice to get better.
