Yes! My bike shop did not mention this detail and my brakes are now locked and I cannot get the wheel back on! Hopefully there is a solution in the manual.
Great! Finally I can remove the front wheel for transportation. Have the first system bolt with a "wrencher"...? Is it the same as umbraco..?..ok. Found it. It´s a hexagonal/"six" sided...! Thanx for nice informational video...!
I don’t have one of those blocks. If I’m only taking the wheel off to take it to get a new tire (no risk of pulling the brake lever) do I need to put the block?
My stepson tighten the left front axle nut too tight on are new e-bike and we can’t get it off ? The reason why we have to take it off is because we put the front tire on backwards or something and the spoke is hitting the breaker or something like that in the front tire. It won’t spin.
Wish I knew someone that was bike savvy, or knew how to work on bikes lol , growing up I had friends that we would ride bikes and they would fix our bikes all the time but I don’t know anyone like that anymore. Everyone wants to just be on their game console indoors not out, riding bikes and getting fresh air lol.
I don’t trust my ebike. It has one of those very thin bars you’ve shown on your last picture. That’s a lot of weight it has to hold when I’m making a turn. I wish I bought one with a thicker bar. Plus the screw on caps are plastic. You think they would have made it at least out of made thos screw on caps out of metal. My life is in the hands of a thin metal bar with plastic screw on with springs.
Well, thanks for absolutely nothing, All I wanna know is how to get the wheel off, not that I need to buy a new ebike just cause its a front mounted motor
