This has all the bells and whistles that rhe Max doesn't have, except for the most important: you can only hook up 1 B230 Battery- the max does 2. The max will do 1400w of solar with DC charge enhancer, the 200L does 1200w.
Hey thanks for the review, are there any updates on the D40? Mobile campers need that 30amp to power heater/fridge/fans. Very strange decision. What about also pulling 10amps from an expansion battery ( B230) to the fuse box. Would that give us 20amps and maintain 12V (parallel)?
Thanks for getting back to me This unit they are to be selling will drop the power from 48 to 12 volt ? Also what are your camping channels I would like to watch them Happy Camping Rick
No one really knows how the D40 cable is going to work. I assume some type of step down to 12v though. And you can search “Brian Waters Outdoors” for my main camping channel👍🏻
Hey my friends, what do you mean about the UPS mode and being careful with more sensitive computers? I'm in research mode & some of this is still new to me. Thanks!
If plugged in overnight to a solar panel, will it auto restart charging and/or auto restart AC if the battery drains to zero from the previous day usage?
Another review said, they believe, in addition to the 48v cable there will also be a separate box to go with that cable. My guess is it will be a DC 12v step down box.. that in my understanding could give it 32 amps.. possibly because Bluetti knows how popular the 12v/30a plug was for RV and van builds, maybe that box would do,some nifty tricks to make that setup better. I’m just guessing at this point only they know. But, it also means we’re back to the separate brick or box to carry along with. Hopefully it won’t be too expensive.
Thanks for the nice review. You've made my mind up. That's the one I'll be buying. How many amps will that side DC charging connection accept? (The one next to the socket for AC charging)
I really wish these power station companies would start making more considerations for 12v. Mainly - 1. The ability to charge via 12v with something other than a 10 amp cigarette lighter port. Like a DC-to-DC charger does with "dumb" batteries or Goal Zero's Yeti Link system. Having to run an inverter to charge these things is silly, when half the point of the thing is that IT IS AN INVERTER and 2. The ability to OUTPUT higher amperage via 12v like Oupes is doing with the 12v/30 amp anderson port on the Mega 2. This is perfect for powering diesel heaters or 12v accessory switching systems like those from Auxbeam, etc. I'm really not interested in any of these systems until they start satisfying those 2 requirements. It's kind of ludicrous these features don't exist when such a big part of their customer base are RVers, overlanders, campers, travelers all using 12v systems.
If it does not get above 110° or so degrees (depending on your battery and what the mfg states is safe) it should be fine. Cold weather typically strains batteries more.
how long would this run my refrigerator during a power outage?.... just average, yes I understand there are many different fridges out there just looking for an average
I keep going back and forth on these vs the Anker models. I guess when it comes closer to the time I upgrade from my little Bluetti EB55, I'll see what the options and features are.
My problem with the wireless charging is that anytime your dc's on it's running and using power, they need to put an on off button specifically for the wireless charging pads you can turn it off when you're not using it.
When you plug your bluetti directly into your camper that’s actually all you do, What about 12 V system does that still runs from your converter I do believe and if so your converter is charging your wet cell batteries or do you have lithium in your camper and if you have lithium in your camper, your converter Hass to be the new style so it can charge lithium. Why do I ask? I have a truck camper and I plug my blue Eddie AC 200 L into the 30 amp port on the outside of my camper and plug into my blue ready and use it but I have wet cell batteries in my camper and I still have to run my power through the converter so I have 12 V.
I hate when companies start changing cables that only work with their units. I have an Ecoflow and a Buetti already, they use the same charging cable, now if I buy this unit I need to make sure I have ANOTHER cable or I'm screwed!
AC200L PV MPPT is defective. I only get 140 watts max from my 250 watts solar panel . I connected a Victron controller and get 250 watts max. Bluetti service says they are working on a software update - delivery date unknown - don't hold your breath...
I like your tests and your videos, as for the bluetti, for me its ok. Personally I like my Titan from Point Zero Energy better, why?, it has 5 13.8v 20A cigarette outlets, 3000w continuous output, infinite battery expansion 24v, battery expansion port, 2000w solar input 35v to 145v, breaker resets on dc and ac outputs, not fuses, heaviest component 32lbs, and the biggest + for me is it is a low frequency inverter, not a Chinese high frequency inverter. Its called the Titan for a reason
They are all going in the wrong direction. Most people that I know need 12 volts. The power unit loses too much battery converting 12 volts to 110 or 220 and then we have to convert it back to 12 volts?😢 We need more 12 volt outlets 😮
These days they have to have a password in the APP because they have to dummy proof everything! Why not just tell us the password? I believe it's all eights if memory serves.
I got mine yesterday! Thanks for the good and the Quirks.
Really appreciate this honest review. Thank you 🙏🏾
Thanks👍🏻

I have the AC200Max. the deletion of the 30amp Aviation plug would make this unit a NO GO for me. I believe they have already addressed this screwup !

I wish! But I have not heard anything on when it will finally be released yet.
Thanks for getting back to me

Thanks for great information great Job !!!! when do think they will sell the D-40 Adapter
Hopefully VERY soon, but I have not been given a date
Hey my friends, what do you mean about the UPS mode and being careful with more sensitive computers? I'm in research mode & some of this is still new to me. Thanks!
The ability to run silent when charging without a brick is great as it means it can sit silently inside the RV as a UPS.
👍🏻👍🏻
I got the AC180P which is half the weight and half the cost. Been good so far.
👍🏻

Do you know if I can charge this thing with my Jeep’s 400W AC plug?
Probably. You’d need to set the charging parameters in the app to the lowest possible
What combination of solar panels can you use with that? Can you use the 420 and a couple of 200s or a different combination thank you
What solar panels do you use with it?

100% agree!
I have a travel trailer with no air conditioning. Will the heat drain the power station?
If it does not get above 110° or so degrees (depending on your battery and what the mfg states is safe) it should be fine. Cold weather typically strains batteries more.
Hi can you load the station when driving from you’re 13.2 alternator … and how you do this …. So not from the 12volt lo d that take days ??
9:09 I wonder why this is? You have to but another cable AND get a code but here in the UK We can do 2400W right from the supplied cable
I’m trying to live off grid. I have a 9000 btu mini split. How do I power it using the ac200L??
how long would this run my refrigerator during a power outage?.... just average, yes I understand there are many different fridges out there just looking for an average
To be safe I’d say 12 hours
I keep going back and forth on these vs the Anker models. I guess when it comes closer to the time I upgrade from my little Bluetti EB55, I'll see what the options and features are.
Did the 200L run your AC in your Rv ?
It ran the 13.5btu ac
Have you had a chance to review ac240 yet. Just curious?
I have. The video is up on my channel👍🏻
What’s the discount code? Did you get one?
How do I contact Bluetti for the code?

Jasonoid checked the two 100 watt USC-c and could only get about 140 watts combined between the two

It can also charge from cigarette lighter, solar, and 2wall chargers and discharge 3000w all at the same time
And the Titan can utilize any chemistry batteries, lithium, gel, and lead acid

I've yet to see a video of the AC200L taking close to the claimed solar input of 1200W. Reading nothing but problems from users.
Thank you, it should have wheels and a handle
👍🏻
👍👍
I like the max better
👍🏻
