Yes Gamefreak! The Garchomp line can’t bite something with it’s strong jaws! But it can crunch things with its strong jaws!
basically the gaw is to weakt to bite fast to make dmg but full evolve they can crunch so hard it dosnt make sens ebecause you need to bit to crunch and gible has the bigges maw and cannot bite and garchomp jaw is little and can cruch lol

It gets worse. Zapdos can also learn Thunder, another move that never misses in rain. With all three moves, Zapdos would become the Weather Beast, slinging Hurricanes and Thunder while dancing its ass off to cause more rain. That’s probably why it can’t learn hurricane. Otherwise it would be too strong

Here are some updated features of the Pokemon Moves:
Gastly can learn Poison Gas in Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee
Lugia can learn Hurricane as an Event in Gen 7
Watchog can learn Bullet Seed in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon by Egg Move by Patrat and then evolving it.
Roserade can learn Power Whip in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon by Egg Move by Roselia and then evolving it, and it can also learn the move as a TR in Pokemon Sword and Shield.
Hawlucha can learn Submission in Sword and Shield.
Solrock can learn Morning Sun and Lunatone can learn Moonlight in Sword and Shield.
Solrock and Lunatone is fixed
Also, Gabite can learn Bite in Sword and Shield. Yay! I'm so happy that the Garchomp line can have the ability to Bite things while they can also have the ability to Crunch things too.

Every Pokemon can learn toxic because as ShadyPenguinn once theorized, toxic is basically Pokemon excreting waste, which is why it leaves the opponent badly poisoned and why every Pokemon can learn it

I always assumed it was a sort of ninja-esque technique where the Pokemon weaponizes poison as opposed to creating it. Like the Pokemon laces a claw or something with poison.

The fangs on Ariados are probably chelicerae, which are the pointy things on spiders that are used to inject the venom into the prey.

also, "Seed Machine Gun" is indeed amazing.
Chelicerae aren't fangs though, they are re-purposed frontal limbs (Yes, some spiders actually have 10 limbs, with the two front-most ones being used for mouth stuff.) so it kinda makes a bit more sense. Because Ariados does learn poison sting, which it would be when it stabs you with it's Chelicerae.

Despite me trying to rush this video out (there was a couple of minor editing errors, but oh well), I'm actually pretty shocked at the response and how positive it was. Thanks so much guys :) now to quickly address some comments:
Honestly I completely forgot how to say Kyurem, so the way I said it in the video was just the first thing that came to my head, so didn't realise I was butchering it's name so much. Next though, I promise (maybe) I'll say it's name right.
The Stantler art I used was the same as the one from my forgettable Pokémon list, since I was rushing to get the video done, I for some reason didn't notice it was the Stantler sprite where I edited it's tail out. I thought it looked funny haha.
The Snover and Abomasnow shown aren't shiny, the pics I showed just used a different shade of green. If you Google shiny Snover/Abomasnow in images, you can see the same pics with their shiny forms, and they're different to the pics I used.
Remember, I said at the beginning of the video I was only going to talk about 1 case of Pokémon learning a move that it shouldn't, which is why the title of the video is how it is. However, I still bring up some other cases of Pokémon learning moves that they probably shouldn't, like Gastly and Wooper getting punches, and Omanyte getting Horn Attack etc.
@TheAuraGuardian I agree on many of the choices in this one, yet I found some MORE of these situations...
First, a few months ago, I found out that Palkia can't learn Waterfall.. And second, a few days ago, I found out that Reshiram can't learn Roar

I just have one problem, as of Sun and Moon, Vaporeon CAN have Bubblebeam because you can put Pokemon from the Gen 1 VC games into PokeBank that can be transferred to Sun and Moon (sure, they can only be transferred to Sun and Moon, and not XYORAS, so it's true wight now, but as of November, this part of the video will be wrong)
I can tell you're going to choose Litten in Sun and Moon when it comes out. Can't blame you though, it's the best looking 7th gen starter imo. Ps- I'm also going to choose Litten aswell. :D

It does kinda make sense that Heliolisk can't learn sunny day, but is a generator pokemon.
Reptiles in real life are cold blooded, thus not being able to generate it themselves and having to rely on other sources for heat.
The same could be said for Heliolisk. It benefits from the sun, but can't make it sunny by itself.

Heliolisk doesn't get Sunny Day due to Dry Skin, which takes 1/8 max HP during harsh sunlight. It also heals for 1/8 max hp in rain, as well as being healed by water moves and taking 1.25x damage from fire moves.
Heliolisk chosed the WORST possible place to live for its species.

11:54 well dude, it's because toxic is one of the best moves and I taught it to ALL my team because it defeated the elite four, Mewtwo, the Pokemon masters, all the gym leaders, like, the fact the damage gets increased every turn makes it such an amazing move. So even though it doesn't make sense, I'm still happy most Pokemon can learn. They're just making it easy for the players who have reached the move.
Even after all these years, I still return to rewatch these videos because of how great they are. Perfect mixture of facts, lore and humor.

Heliolisk makes sense why it can’t learn, sunny day so hear me out. I have a Heliolisk in Pokémon Ultra Moon it helped me take down the elite Four. And any Heliolisk has a chance to have the ability dry skin, that dose damage to Pokémon with this ability, and if Sunny day was used, the Pokémon’s HP will be lowered like a status affect.

Gen 7 and 8 did make some fixes. In LGPE Gastly can learn Poison Gas and in Gen 8 Heliolisk can learn both Sunny Day and Solar Beam. Also Hurricane can be taught to Lugia and Zapdos now.
I remember in HGSS the first time I ever caught Lugia in a Pokémon game was with a Net Ball. After this, I saw it was not a water type and I was just like so surprised. xD

That doesn't really matter given that it's a pokemon who's hidden ability was available exactly as the pokemon itself was obtainable. Dry Skin has nothing to do with Sunny Day...
What makes Roserade’s moveset make even less sense is that the “hidden whips” presumably refers to Grass knot, a move it CAN learn, but which isn’t Poison type either.
You know, if Toxic was mostly restricted to Poison-type Pokémon, that would completely change the competitive scenario
