I believe RT will become more important for video games in the future, so I created this channel with the intention of covering ray-traced titles, released and upcoming. My content ranges from normal comparisons in graphics and performance, the tech itself, or just fun videos and gameplay. I've always wondered if one day games will recreate a beach with individual grains of sands interacting with all the feet of the player and npc's and many such extreme details. Or a game where you can break into homes and the npc's inside have countless activities. Not sure if we'll ever achive this but ray tracing is a big step up at least for graphics.
With the way that computing power has been accelerating and quite quick advancements in quantam computers, we may be able to see personal use quantam computers in a few decades that may be able to simulate so many things at once, I think that standard bit computers can't handle that?
i've imagined a gta-like game where u can blow up any building and the debris and interior are generated by ai the moment you blow it up. that's definitely gonna be possible in a few years
I've been putting off playing this game for a while because I want to experience it with all the Ray Tracing Goodness. Looks like I made a great decision. The RT in this game looks phenomenal. I feel like games like this, Cyberpunk, Wolfenstein, Games with A futuristic Metallic, Neon look is a perfect playground to show off Ray Tracing. It looks amazing here.
For some reason RT reflections in this game stood out the most for me among other games with such effect, really adding to the presentation and atmosphere. Strangely enough i didn't have such feeling in DE, CP2077 or Control. Game itself is kinda trash though.
Cyberpunk and Control use a wide variety of additional ray traced effects like ambient occlusion, global illumination, and shadows. When you put all your ray tracing horsepower toward reflections as the only supported feature like Watch Dogs and Spiderman, the reflections will a fair bit better.

There still isn't that many "RT games" that utilizes RT much, but WD Legion is easily one of the best.
