      Thank you so much sir! Definitely have a ways to go to get my setup and channel up to your level but this is just a side hobby for me right now that I typically don't have time for. But definitely appreciate your support. Feel free to contact me with any feedback you may have :)

    Nice man! Yuge bass right there, sealed too, tight! Great for music too, nice call over the ported version.

    This is a really in depth look at the considerations of a dual subwoofer - especially the analysis you mapped showing performance vs cost. I've gotta get my AV game up

    Nice video on getting your feet wet in building your system. I run dual SB16’s & dual SB-4000’s in a Klipsch 7.4 System. Marantz AV7705, Parasound A23+ and A52+ with minidsp 2X4 HD. You talk about high sensitivity speakers with class a Parasound power with four nice tight bass - magical.

      Cool thanks for the comment! We actually have similar systems. I have a parasound halo a21 and a52+ powering my main 7ch. Love those amps. I have paradigm reference studio speakers currently to go along with that. Great system all around! I’ll do a more in depth tour of my current setup and then what changes I will make on my road to endgame

      Yep thanks for the comment William T! Good taste in equipment! Parasound is great!

    I have 2 SB16s, too....... I get bass deep enough at low volumes that puts pressure between my head. Believe me, you're going to get below 20hz with two SB16s

    • @TruTechnoGamer
      @TruTechnoGamer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. I've had the SB16s for two years now. I still don't feel like I'm maximizing them but they definitely have plenty of output. Great subs all around...especially with music :)

    So looking at your chart why not get the Rythmik FV2HP over the SB 16 Ultras?

    • @TruTechnoGamer
      @TruTechnoGamer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well a few reasons depending on what you want. For one, the Rythmik FV25HP is a ported sub while the SB16 ultras are sealed. I discussed that in the video in terms of ported vs sealed. I was looking for sealed so that ruled out the FV25 (the F18 would be the comparable sealed sub). 2nd, the FV25HP is MUCH larger than the SB16 ultra (even much larger than the PB16-ultra) in terms of dimensions and weight (dual 15" drivers in a single cabinet and over 200lbs each). You need the adequate space to accommodate them and their aesthetics may not be as pleasing to some. Also, the FV25HP is nearly 50% more expensive than the SB16ultra. You can definitely make the case that you get what you pay for there as the raw performance will definitely beat an SB16ultra. But if you have budget restrictions, that may be a factor as well.
      See the Rythmik FV25HP here: www.rythmikaudio.com/FV25HP.html

      @@TruTechnoGamer Thanks. What about PSA subs? No look at them?

    • @TruTechnoGamer
      @TruTechnoGamer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@durbin5922 No not at the time. I've heard of them and they seem fairly solid but SVS subs are generally have a bit more engineering in them (higher spec amps, heavier construction, PEQ, app controls etc).

    Hey Brother. TH-cam recommended me your video and I clicked on it and heard the shout out you gave. I appreciate the kind words. I know it's a year later but I'd be happy to see your journey since then. It would be cool if you sent me some videos and photos of your setup and maybe we can throw it up on my channel! Keep up the good work.

    • @TruTechnoGamer
      @TruTechnoGamer  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey @Kspaceguy! Great to hear from you. Yep, I appreciate your work with sharing your Home Theater journey and was inspired by it. Granted, my TH-cam channel is not my primary job as I have as full 9-7 gig working with a large computer tech company but it's fun to throw some content out there when I can and engage with folks sharing my hobbies.
      Regarding, sharing my content, I would start by checking out the videos in my Home Theater playlist(th-cam.com/play/PL5PtjEDmbvzXvZAnW2VCg--m_x0YojGW0.html) on my channel. That includes a full home theater tour of my setup from Sept 2021 (I've already done a number of upgrades and will do an updated tour later this Fall) as well as my first impressions of my AVM90. I'd be happy to send you other media directly if you have an email I can send them to. I appreciate you checking out the channel and I hope to stay in touch going forward 😉
