Top choons n all Newtown Neurotics are in my top 3 fave bands, the double bassist from the Peacocks almost knocked my teeth out with his bass , the Seratones will be checked out further, ta!
there were four of us on the way out all running RT225's with 28mm and 30mm Dellorto carbs, BGM big box clubmans and electronic ignitions, one , the green GP was using a Franspeed exhaust, it popped a piston due to a dodgy petrol tap starving it of fuel, it was repaired in a layby on the autobahn. The red GP had the drive side oil seal blow before we had even left Scotland but managed to nurse it to the first stop in Germany, where it was repaired. The dark blue GP ran faultlessly but my red Lynx had the rear shock collapse and later the clutch burned out, again repaired with the spares we carried. On the homeward journey we were joined by two others who were riding a light blue GP Rapido 225 and a black and white TV with a GT 186, they also ran without any major problems.

Looks like you had a blast! Just out of interest what sort of spec engines are you running obviously something reliable well as best you can.

You need a support van for journeys of this length.
