I recently listened to her narration of Eat Pray Love and I listened to it right before going to bed, now I associate her voice to comfort and relaxation :)
I just received the book and I cannot WAIT to get lost in it. The way Liz writes is brilliant and unparalleled. She finds words for feelings and situations that the rest of us don't have words for. She's a literary Hero....and one day I hope for the opportunity to shake her hand.
I've been a fan since Eat, Pray, Love, and if you are a creative person, like me, you will love her book "Big Magic" I listened to the audio book on a road trip and it's such a confidence booster for all of us artists. Much love Liz.
I don’t get these comments... CBS this morning does interviews with celebs & authors, so yeah... just like any other news channel... “city of gold diggers”?? I think Liz Gilbert has made plenty of her own money, so?? I’m at a loss. Interesting interview. I’m looking forward to reading it.
Does your stigma come from it being a self employed job? You wouldn't go to your doctor and say I'm not going to pay you because you make enough money, so Why do it to someone who is in an art field

CG says she's not a gold digger since she made her own money. Another commenter criticized CBS for airing this, saying it was not serious news. CG is saying but interviewing celebs is what they do in the morning program.
