The Lion's return is incredible. Some of the best stuff to come out of the black library in a long time. The best Primarch in the current setting, imo.
Man, thats incredible, you are the heir to royalty! And i couldn't imagine what it's like to have amnesia, closest thing I've ever experienced was being in a coma for 32 days and waking up and not knowing what happened for an entire month only to be told that I had died three times and I have some very weird fucking experiences from that😂 a very true out of body experience for sure I saw myself from a fourth dimension perspective as i lay dead in the back of an ambulance. I was also in the "River of knowledge" is what I refer to it as. Basically a river and at one end of it is a gigantic tree and it doesn't have leaves it looks like a galactic cluster at the top of it but while you're in the river every bit of knowledge you've ever wanted to know was yours but once you crossed to the other side you could never come back. I made it almost to the other side and then was yanked back and then I woke up out of the coma! It was.... Life-changing to say the least😂
I just hope they won't do any grimderp bullshit with him. So far his growth was fun and enjoyable journey. He became a badass questing Knight helping Imperium's citizens bypassing bureaucracy. With the forestwalk he's a serious force to help humanity stave off tide of darkness!
Hey man i just wanted to say, i love your take and perspective on these different 40k situations. And the whole "Malibron" thing was fantastic! I love obscure lore in 40k! Well done inquisitor, you absolutely earned the subscription brother!
When I heard the blood angels bringing lion to the fray, i immediately imagined it like this: oi dark angels! We got your da!" While it's not the "knock the nonsense out of the unforgiven(via "slavic educational slap"(you know if you've been on the receiving end of such))" i expected lion to deal with the fallen issue, at least he did in a way cleared up some things and reconciled with those who stayed true(and purging ones fallen to chaos). Speaking of "lion killing the emperor"...there is some plausibility for that particular theory(in gathering storm 3, when they all arrive on terra, guilliman orders cypher locked up instead of honoring his part of the deal(to give him audience with the big e). Mainly due to the sword cypher carries(approximate quote was "guilliman would never allow that sword anywhere near big e). It could still happen(speculated goal of cypher was to either present the sword(implied to indeed be the reforged lion sword) to big e thus redeeming all of the fallen, OR he'd draw the sword by himself for the first and last time, killing big e).
I believe that Cypher is just the bearer of the sword. It must be The Lion who uses it on Emps. Then again, only been waiting like 25 years or more to know what's up with Cypher...so, probably will be 25 more before they really tell us anything.
Just for my curiosity, are you a legitimate descendent of Alexander III? I'm asking because I'm an illegitimate descendent of the House of Batthyány, the arguably 2nd or 3rd most noble house of Hungary. The first are of course the Habsburgs, but for 2nd place it's a toss up between the Esterházies and the Batthyánies. Though the House Esterházy has the edge, probably. Anyway, I thought for years that I was a descendent of Lajos Batthyány, the first prime minister of Hungary in 1848. But that's not so, turns out I'm descendent from Lajos' father's cousin. They just happened to share ownership of a castle, and in all easily accessible sources only the far more famous Lajos was mentioned. Anyway, you're fastly becoming one of my favourite Warhammer 40k lore distributors.
I am. Though it has not been a pleasant experience. Your family tree is very interesting though. I know one Habsburg, but otherwise don’t know much about Hungary, or Austria for that matter. Been wanting to visit for a while though. Yeah, bloodlines are very interesting. I’d try to find any pictures of your ancestor as you can. Even paintings. I appreciate your kind words. Been thinking about doing this channel for years, and finally got around to it. So glad to know people like whatI do.
You're welcome. You are doing good. Being a Romanov during the 20th century was tough, though I'd imagine you weren't born for the worst of it. I have a photo of my ancestor and I'd say I look much more like Lajos than him.
Yo Ive been having the descendant of a royal king explain 40k lore to me. Dude this is like something out of the lore itself? Are you sure you arent one of our lost primarchs haha? Jokes aside great video

Circular and pointless lore. Even GW admits the overall story of war40k will NEVER be resolved INTENTIONALLY. That means it has no literary integrity.
You are absolutely correct I've always been a Dark Angels fan, he is the first and they are the first for a good reason!
The Lion such a interesting character, relatable to many of us. My favourite primarch..
Yeah...he's literally the best of the best. Can't get enough Lion...just wish they'd move his story forward. Can't wait for him to meet Guilliman.
I love your primarch lore videos. Really good viewpoints I hadn’t considered before.
Glad you like them!
Duty is it's own reward.

MY MAN WOKE AFTER 10 THOUSAND YEARS BEAT UP THE DOPPELGANGER OF EVERY PRIMARCH AND THE DAEMON PRIMARCH ANGRON.🗿
That's why he's the best there ever was.

Htfo a second.... Youre the great grandson of Alexander the 3rd of Russia???? What??????
Indeed I am Alexander Romanov, 3x grandson of the Tsar. Though I look much more like Tsar Alexander I than his brother's grandson Alexander III.
Ahh, so you're related to Ilyushinland royalty!!!
