Torah is science of the mind. Conscious is the ego/ evil inclination= lives off perception. Subconscious/soul= lives off facts from reality = full understanding

If you really want to do it right, learn basic Hebrew, then write out the Torah starting with Beresheet (Genesis) in the original Hebrew letters, (the letters do not have to be perfect) not the letters that were made for writing Hebrew.. You not only learn it, but the big thing is, you receive the mysticism. If you already know some Hebrew, write a few sentences every day, (write the vowels out so that you can read it, put the translation of each word above the words that you don't know, then read what you wrote. You have to read out aloud what you read for the full effect. Do this for 5 to 10 minutes a day and see how you feel.

I agree. I am not Jewish, but I have had to struggle through a lot of weird times. I am not well, but you see, I watched this and then finally admitted to myself that I am not well. One of the things, and I'm Irish so there's no cultural identity related to this post, one of the things that helped me so much was studying ALONE Ha-Yesod. I can only speak for me, but it was an experience that made me content with myself. I view the world with different eyes now. I have an anonymous Rabbi in Pittsburgh to thank for that.

the sefer that he refered to in the begining of his talk is the sefer tanya kadisha authered by shneur zalman of liadi also know as the alter rebbe.
truth is it could be very hard to just open the sefer and get inspired, however as he was saying if you have a rav(mentor) who is a real chossid who is a devot chossid, then the sefer becomes alive.
i find that whatever gets you upp in the morning is great .there are times when you need some good speeches on how to be dedicated or how to stay inspired, and there are times to completly relate to a total deeper part of our selfs. bh the tanya kadisha offers that ,it not a quick fix and no walk in the park but its extremly transformative ,a total insight in to the depth of who we are and why we are here.
i loved the talk ,thank you

I can't accept the emotional parts, but agree 100% that we are about accepting, understanding and solving problems. The Torah gives us the ability to identify evil and our job is to eliminate that evil. Fear of G-d AND FEAR OF EVIL are the roots of Torah. This is trruth.

Good day, I want so earnestly to live by Torah. Can you reccomend other videos - regardless, I'm happy to have found you.
A few years back I was with a congregation that was getting back to the Torah. Unfortunately, the leader seem to have his feet in both worlds. This one we are not to trust man and the other a full love for YHWH. I ended up leaving because he seem to try and explains YHWH'S Miracles by science of men. For example, when a Disciple of Yeshua
Brought up how YHWH stopped the sun for a full day, he tried to explain it was an eclipse.
So, I'm desperate to live by Torah, but know not where to turn.
Please help if you can. Thank you.

Feelings are a product of the 'flesh' therefore listening to the word of God is damaging to the hearer, you must have faith in God to recieve the revelation of His Word otherwise its dead, the letter of the word killeth but the spirit giveth life. the inner connection is carnality,

That's great lesson actually I'm a Muslim but I like to hear the voice of God from other religions, but I have a question , do you consider what is happening in Jerusalem is something godly by slaughtering the people in GAZA is that a commandment in Torah? If the essence of Torah is pure so why Israeli people are fighting armless people in Gaza ?

I dont believe you should connect your spiritual side to the material world. Our mental state should not be affected by the material things in life. Even if you are homeless with nothing. You should still be focused on your spirituality. Judaism, Christianity. Or whatever.

For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse; for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law, to do them."
    Deut.27:26
    Deuteronomy 28:15-16 (NKJV)
15 "But it shall come to pass, if you do not obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments and His statutes which I command you today,
16 Cursed shall you be in the city, and cursed shall you be in the country.
