Profound observation about the closeness to Hashem that transforms one's reaction to "lightenings" and arrows etc.

    Very Dear RAV,
I would like to ask question about the Jewish Law
I have a very good friend, that lives in France, she is a mother and a wife,
she is also a gran mother, this woman is not born jewish or this is at least what she think based on her story.
Her love for Hashem and the Truth has been all her life what she wanted to attached.
Today after she has taking years of classes at the french consistoire, visited many rabbis,
in order first to learn and understand what she was looking for, she decided with her family that they add finally found themselves in the Holy book and wanted now to live amoung those people.
They them started the all process of conversion by simply doing all the rabbanout was asking step by step.
Now it has been years were they have been begging to please be reconised because at this point they are feeling that they have proven theyre love and desire to integrated to the jewish nation.
this week she receive a letter from the rabbanout , saying that they were really sorry but they have no time.
Sad is not the world, I should say cruel, this is cruel beyond justice.
Trap into a big ly, she does not understand why those people do not see how much she loves Hashem, she does not understand why they have to make her suffer in order to reconised her love. she and her family are trying to convert for years and yet all they receive from the jewish world is agony.
Her daughter in law is expecting a baby boy by end of may and now she is worried that this child will not receive a proper brit mila .
it is a real problem for her and all her family since they now feel that if they stay in that systhem they will be refuse what is right for the baby for them and the all jewish nation.
So the question to you My Dear Rav is . If she and her family do not legally get converted on time what are they suppose to do?
who are the people that can help them do what is right?
Could they still have a brit mila done ?
Could he be done by a non jew at the hospital for exemple and them organise the brahot an othoer place?
Does the brit mila has to be done by a reconised moel or could he be done by some one that knows what to do and has the right to say the brahot?
The question is if this child is born from a mother that wants to be recomised as a jew and act trough the laws of judaism, some one that yet is not doing everything she should but only because she is still a student, not because she does not want to do everything, but has not been able to be given an approval from the bert din ( that they are doing or not what they're suppose to do ) . What this woman is suppose to do, what do we do to help. I want this baby to be reconised, i want this woman to be reconised and helped.
Because it feels that in the truth those people are jewish from a very long time , and if what they do is what Hashm wants them to do, why do they also need to be approved, are they not already jewish?
    TODA RABBA.
