It wasn't shown in the previous season, but Baji's death really affected Mikey and now we're seeing that in this season. I mean after all, unlike Draken and others, Baji was Mikey's childhood best friend.
The most badass scene for me is when Draken beat down all the members of BD. Dude only Mikey and Draken was enough for Black dragon which is the strongest generation so far🤯🤯.

We already knew what Draken could do so the shot outside the church is all we needed to see. Doesn't mean I don't miss him, though. He's my fave too. They did a good job showing the cracks in Mikey's facade and his sadness. Losing Baji hit him hard. Kazutora's return before Halloween dredged up a lot of history Mikey still hasn't really dealt with, and we'll see even more revealed next arc. I hope that gets animated...
