A lot of people probably feel like taiju getting folded like that is too fast, but like without manga spoilers, iirc this arc was kind of filler in preparation of the next big arc, which is tenjiku. This was written very well as taiju is a monstrous character that is insanely strong, as seen by the fact that chifuyu, mistuya, hakkai, and takemichi all lost to him, koko, and inui. Even without inui and koko taiju would have still beaten them easily, and he DID knock mikey out with a single punch so his strength is real. Essentially, this arc is like a scaling arc because Tenjiku basically is the next big valhalla type arc, and mikey power needed to be established prior to that arc because they face off against the first truly monstrous gang in the series, but I can't name names or anything other than that. Basically, fans are in for a treat when that arc gets animated because it's absolutely insane, and assuming the show lasts as far as the manga is written, this is going to become an all time anime for sure, it's just so good.
I can't take this show seriously. It's so hilarious seeing mid schoolers who clearly looks like they are at least 25 beating 100 people alone, That's some baki level sht. I thought blue lock was being unrealistic until I started this one.😂😂😂
