Love these candles too but I do need to burn 2 or 3 to get a good scent and they don't seem to last 2 mins 😭 my Gavin hates me because I'm always sending him of too stock up on them 😂
Aww! Look at you, nice to see someone doing videos in UK. Your doing so well. You had By Pass so do you have to inject yourself like some i have read in USA???? What vitamins are you taking now?? Going to see about having the sleeve in new year, im 59yrs old 5ft 5in tall and 16st 7lb. So hoping im going to be able to do it. Loves n hugs Cheryl. Xxx
Cheryl Oldford hi Cheryl & welcome to my Chanel 👍🏼 thanks for the support 👌🏻 I only had to inject myself for 2 weeks post surgery with blood thinning stuff to prevent clots. The vitamins they advised me to take are: Forceval ( multivitamin) huge pills ... a calcium D chewable ... I have to take those daily I also added myself biotin ( for hair & nails ) vitamin C for healthy gums & vit b12 & vit b I have to go to docs every 3 months for a vitamin b12 injection which was painless Good luck with your journey I’ve blogged almost daily from my LRD HAVE A look back & youl see the changes at each stage of the way x
Looking on the lighter side of life ..... thank you for your reply, also thank you for the list of vitamins etc you are on. Is the 3 monthly injection something you have to have or can you take tablets instead?? Im worried about the hair loss as i have been loosing hair over the last 5 years slowly ( my age probably at 59)?? I have looked at a few of your videos and im super chuffed for your loss of weight in the 7 months. You look so different and definately younger too. I have screen shot your page so I can find you on here. I will be watching your journey for sure. Loves n hugs Cheryl xxxxx

Charlotte Watson mine to seem to smell quite strong and ok don’t last as long as a Jo Malone but the price is much better 🙌🏻

I don't feel like I have to loosen my belt but I do suddenly feel like I are a brick. It feels heavy in my belly 😘
