I love it when animators make an animation error. Not because it's funny, per se, but because there's just something strangely human about it. It kind of comforts me that it's okay to make a mistake in animation, there's nothing wrong with it. We're all human.

0:12 actually when I watched the show I noticed other one in this scene...it's Stan's clothing, from behind we can see it, and from the front we can't see the part we saw from behind...maybe I didn't said this very well, but I think it makes sense...also in this video added text kinda covers animation error that I mentioned.

PatrickBoy412 That happens a lot to Stan. In Not What He Seems his fez flew away then suddenly it was back on his head. Same with his bowtie thing, sometimes it's undone then magically redone.

as an animator myself, i kinda get annoyed when i see people pointing out all the animation errors as if "LULZ look at these mistakes!! animators are bunch of idiots!!! hur hur hur! i could do better!"

+Pika petey Well SOMEONE had to show us this stuff. If he wanted to shove a Nikes up animators asses, he would have a series about pointing out animation flaws with all kinds of shows. His channel is Gravity Falls general, so he will only do this for this.

These mistakes are really smalls. Then again, it's easier to avoid mistakes with digital animation as opposed to cell animation.

i'm an animator, I watch my stuff over and over and I see every mistakes, if I see one mistake that doesn't shock me, or better, that gives a natural shot to the scene, I won't fix it
also, if you pause a lot of animations you'll see "creepy" faces, it's just for the sake of animating a face (which take very long time because of details)

You missed one that was even in this video. When the mailman hands Soos the postcard, it show the text on the back as being upside down to the picture on the other side. But when Soos flips it sideways, (which would normally flip to the words being upside down), instead they appear to be facing the same way!
One more I noticed from Weirdmagetton 2: Skater Dipper sometimes has a helmet and sometimes just a hat within his first scene
