He’s not in Elo hell at all , he’s holding his sue ult waiting for Jesus Christ to come back . Brother the Bucky is ulting killing ur whole team POP UR ULT
He’s exactly where he belongs. How someone is lord with sue and level 43 and doesn’t know he needs to ult when the enemies are ulting is beyond me. Seems like a simple concept
He is also almost never using his push/pull to control the battlefield and put enemies out of position. Also playing like 5m too far back where his shots barely heal his tanks and does not hit the enemy team, which slows down ult charge by a mile
100% agree. He needs to peak at plat 3/gold 1 until his game sense gets better. Positioning and decision making are right about that elo level if not under
He is just scared in general. Scared to pop ult, scared to stand near his team, scared to do anything. And his distance management for skills and heal is just off somehow.
Well duh, they threw him into the lions den with a bunch of seasoned players who know he's outclassed and outgunned. He's not a prodigy, he's just delusional 🤣😂🤣😂
I really hate when I tanking at the front line and struggle to die in short time and when I look back and I saw 2 healer hiding at the far corner and doesn’t give you proper healing. They just so scared. But this is only part of the issue. Another one is some ppl choose healer to play dps. Doesn’t heal at all.
@@carnagerulez312 The guy said he's only hard stuck cause of his teammates and deserves diamond-GM. This was a wake up call if anything that he needs to improve on himself and know when to pop ult and to get better positioning when trying to heal.
@@carnagerulez312 thats really the only difference between plat and diamond. Plat players play like they think they should be in silver and diamond players all think they're shroud
@@ins0mniaW I dunno, if he is hard stuck gold he probably deserves it and this shows that he is too scared to even pop ults which caused his team to die a lot
It makes alot of sense this player is a gold support. He plays passive af and thus truly relies on whether his team carries him or not. He's right in his initial assessment with a better team he'll win more games and with a worse team he'll lose more games. He himself has 0 impact on the game's outcome and thus is resentful to his team when he loses. However instead of being wasted air he could actually try to make a play or two, use his ult or do something
Yup, it was mentioned that he was playing against players that are better than him. But he was also playing WITH players that are a lot better than him. It also felt like there were opportunities to target him that were passed up, I wonder if they went easy on him? Like you said he relies on his team to dictate the play and that's why he keeps ranking up and down.
@xSnarfsx This is the thing with low rank support players they're just too passive. With low rank dps or tank players they probably feed alot, and sometimes they're also passive af
@ facts. Super heal focused so it’s like a 5v6 with a heal focus Only reason this dude didn’t feed is bc his teammates were solid and didn’t stagger and he played out of the fight too much.
Proposition: Elo hell vs Elo hell. Get two Gold players who say they deserve diamond, put them on opposite teams made up of diamond players, and one of them gets the title.
As a console player who is working their way through Plat rn, I would say he is in his proper rank. He has zero aggression, so I would expect that his team will try to push up and take space but fall over because he isn’t even in range to use half of his kit and his most effective abilities. Thus, he gets the idea that “I am alive so they messed up” but in reality he could’ve done much more to help the situation.
I feel like he wasnt using his abilities right either, i am GM2(almost GM1) on console and i can instantly see that this dudes sensitivity is too low for a character who doesnt require punisher level aiming He looks away too often, and it takes time for him to look back and process what his team is going through and make decisions accordingly. Not using the pull abilities against over extenders to punish them or make them waste cooldowns
I saw the first few minutes as a gm invisible woman main and knew this guy can’t hang. The second he didn’t pop ult when that strange ulted his team I had seen enough. Also he’s spamming that shield on his tank like a mad man
As someone who's learning Susan is always popped it like a normal heal ult(pushing/maintaining point) which does mean popping ult to kep team alive. I just don't know the perfect time to use HER ult in particular. Put even me as a low rank player wouldn't have waited that long to pop ult. I don't use her alot tho. Like that second ult? I would have ult on point the moment i saw my entire team was there. Or saved it to counter another ult Then again I think I'm a gold-low plat player. Need better aim positioning and better awareness
@MythicAce218 As a support, it is a fine balance to know when to use it to push and when to use it to mitigate dps ult. Support's ults are game changer in this game and you can win team fights with just press of a button. I just watched till his first death and I know why he's ranked where he is. As soon as he heard the starlord scream, he should've used it. Tanks are getting pushed back, opposition is taking space and their dps is ulting. The Loki copied there to save the team. You see a Strange walking in straight line in the middle, he's gonna ult. He should've used it there. Apart from that, you see how the tanks were backing off. That means they are taking dmg and other tank is taking space. That's when support ukt helps (even w/o another team's dps ult) cause you are denying the space and chokepoints. Same goes for attacking, you ult to take space and chokes. There are 2 chokes at least in a map till the point. If you can get one then it is very hard for defending team to retake that forward position. Ult to push chokes. Supports build ult fast too so you'll have ult per choke if you play close to team, hit damage in between heals.
@ShushantKhanal-d6q yea i get ya. If it's a star lord or strange ult I'll ult to counter but I always like ult with whole team there. As you said the ults are game changers and if my whole team isn't with me now I feel like I just wasted an ult. Theres a few times where one or 2 teammates were with me and I ulted just to keep objective at a stand still(and them alive). now during that game i thought that was just a bad ult but maybe it wasn't. Also ukting for one or 2 dps when there entire team is there feels like a waste because now we are just holding point and by time the team gets there ult is already done. Again I think I'm a gold low plat player. My aim is inconsistent my positioning isn't always the best and I struggle to deal with backlines(f you magiks and BPs) but I'm also a flex. So I'm not GREAT at any particular role. I'm just good
I thought he didn’t understand IW’s kit. But nah, he understands but he just panicked too many times to where he did absolutely nothing. He is in the rank he deserves to be.
I also think he doesn't understand some more subtle things about IW's kit. He's constantly having his shield out for no reason, even when it's not fully charged. Why not retract and recharge it when the shield is just dangling in thin air at 90 health? It's not a horrible mistake but one of the things where you can finetune
Brother is lucky he got gold. Hes scared to move up a bit, he just stands there and as soon as he sees someone close he jumps back leaving his team with less healing. Only reason he is gold is bc his aim isnt terrible imo
I play rocket together with the tanks around the payload, that thing provides so much cover, there is no need to become afraid if your team is playing well and you trust them.
The difference between a low ranked support, and a high ranked support is mainly the small micro decisions and interactions, it’s easy to sit in the back and click your teammates, but the best supports maximize their ult value, they avoid getting picked off by saving their cooldowns for the right moment, their positioning is always very safe yet also impactful by having an angle to heal the entire team, there’s never downtime, if everyone is full health, they also try doing damage here and there. Every small decision adds up, you might not think about it, but if you are a support player, the next time you go into ranked, always question your decision making in every moment, when you die, try to think of a way that it could have been avoided. You’ll start to climb once you stop blaming teammates and focus on your own mistakes.
True but that’s the same with every role in every rank. I main dps and I’ve come across plat players with just as good of aim as in my gm/celestial lobbies, but their cooldown cycle management, game sense, and positioning is awful. Being just a heal bot for support or just a sharpshooter dps can only get you ranked up so much
Three major tips: 1) get used to cancelling your shield and don’t ever let it break. It regens faster if it doesn’t drop to 0. 2) Use your vortex on cooldown. And if you’re not getting hard dove all the time, use pull on cooldown. Otherwise you can save it to push divers but that doesn’t always save you. 3) always be looking at the enemy team comp and know ahead of time which ult you want to counter with your own. Starlord, Storm, and Groot are countered hard by Sue’s.
A few minutes in and it's driving me crazy how he's not using his force pull or push. It does aoe damage and can help mitigate damage on your tanks or kidnap/displace enemies to help secure kills. Sometimes even a simple pull on a dps or tank can scare them off and create space for your team. Also Invis woman can be really aggresive because of her short cd jump and the fact she can heal tanks and dps at the same time with her primary fire, yet this guy is just playing so cowardly and timid in the backline. So many moments I saw in the first fight he could have pulled the enemy dps out of position, off the ledges, or pushed away the magik attacking the tanks. Like most low rank healers I see, he's just doing the bare minimum healbot playstyle. He'd be better off playing rocket racoon and just spamming heal orbs.
One thing people ignore with IW is damage blocked. By round 3 he had the lowest healing at below 27k sure, but he also had another 14.7k damage blocked. About 42k if you combine that. That being said, he's definitely playing too far away. Not using his ult. He needs to get in closer and start using that ult more. He's holding himself back.
This is painful to watch, they look terrified because they care more about their own stats than anything else. They play like they'll die irl if they die in game lol. This is actually really common with supports in Gold and why a lot of them go on about flankers and not getting peel from their team....Because they play a mile behind their team and run into corners when pressured which makes them easy to kill.
I'm a PC player so maybe biased, but that kind of gameplay looks like gold at best. There's a lot that can be improved on, positioning, ability usage, even basic healing to name a few. Here are few example of things he could be doing: - You playing slightly too far from your teamates most of the time, and healing through shield spam more than through right click spam because of it. Right click heals way faster. - always call back your shield when it's no longer needed on the field so it regenerates to full. when full you can place it again. - in defense, when no-one needs it in the frontline or for a last second save, place shield on a nearby teamate in the back when its full and place it outside enemy LOS so you/your teammate can go back to it to heal without needing you targeting them with right click (allows you to focus heal other frontliners in the meantime). Can also be used to protect yourself/others from flankers/divers if they know where it's placed at. Peaking angle is often a good place to put down a shield at. (Obviously use shield on teammates that are about to die even if it means removing from where it was places before) - Same thing but in offense, you can also place shield behind the payload and reposition as it's moving forward ofc. This allow you to self heal safely without relying on invis while staying active and healing teammates that are actively peaking/frontlining. - use psionic vortex to denie angles of attack to enemies, a flying star lord ? vortex in the air (14:00). Flanking starlord/magic? vortex field the corner so they cannot peak anymore (example at 4:40 where star lord pushes you from the side, you should've vortex field so he cannot peak anymore, this almost got your loki/spiderman dead, which could've mean teamwipe since no healer would've been there to help frontlines anymore as you were so far back from the rest of the fight) - when you know strange has ult/is about to ult, keep psonic force in the backpocket to him push away when he cast it. If you don't know where it'll come because you lost sight of him, but hear the "eye of agamotto" voiceline, use ult instead instantly without second thoughts. - counter ult dagger's ult to prevent pushes, counter ult star lord so he cannot see shit, counter ult magic/bucky (few examples at 6:45, 6:57, 7:30, and unless loki counter ult himself ofc with luna/dagger or even your ult) - heal your teamates to full at all times (5:45 loki missing healt, you ignoring him, I know he can heal himself, but he's in front of you, just one example out of many) - Keep track of your divers/flankers at all times, they should be back in fight as soon as possible when coming back to you on low health. If they are safe behind a corner, just shield them, 1 or 2 right click for good measure while on your way back to focus on your frontline / other teamates - they can finish healing behind the shield. - you can use psionic force to push/pull enemy through your shield, it'll slow them and can setup for easy kills. Usually easy to pull off when you see a flank coming, place a shield on teammate that's about to get flanked, pull/push depending on the angle, vortex, then pick off the easy kill. Just some random thoughts on things you could improve on. Obviously feel free to adapt on the situation, experiment with things and good luck with the grind.
Pc compared to console is like 1ish rank higher. imo the top console and top pc players probably less distance in skill. But in general a pc gold and console plat probably similar asf. At least according to ow. In my experience of ow (i assume rivals is similar) Ps:loki cant heal himself, only with rune which is usually a big waste if used for spam damage.
@@mickeyboy90 I experience the same thing you describe about rank in other FPS type-like game (APEX Legend for example). I have played OW, but not grinding rank as it wasn't fun, just casually with friend or some deathmatch mode. True about the waste on loki's rune, I didn't mention it but I totally agree with you and it was exactly my thought process as well. Better heal your loki rather than not. Under pressure he might put his own heal on CD because we wasn't full health and it's a big waste, thx for pointing it out.
It feels like when he gets pressured, he stops shooting and just runs away. Doesn't fight back, doesn't look for angles to help out or think of running to his team for help. It's good that he keeps himself alive, but he's also taking himself out of the fight for long periods of time while he's doing it. He's also super passive with his abilities.
He might need to practice a bit more. It is console different to pc. But loki out healed IW because he kept using her ult. There were many situations where i was thinking popping ult here will save 2 allies and keep the fight going, while having the other strategiest ult as back up. Also its smart to play around building and walls, but he was in my opinion a bit far. His fire/heal would go through multiple targets had he been closer and not hitting the max range to reach one character at a time. Maybe alternate between hitting the floor for the fast return and hit multiple allies/enemies. Thats just my take, and be a bit aggressive too.
He should be gold or plat at best. Bad ult usage, cooldown management. Some times just doing literally nothing. He’s not in ELO hell because he deserves this rank easily. Maybe in time
“Healbots” tend to naturally be a little boosted as healbotting is quite strong in this game. This player should definitely focus on using their abilities and ults WAY more though. Also feels like he doesn’t know that he can just hold shoot on invisible woman.
Doing that is fine because it burst heals faster. The thing is cancelling it so it doesnt break after. Ill mainly use my shield to heal flyers. I can throw it on them real quick and then continue to heal others at the same time. If someone is critical then Ill throw shield on them and primary fire to heal them faster and then cancel my shield to use it else where.
@machinayrequiem8596 i meant more like he was just kind of sitting around doing nothing while the shield was on cooldown, like just waiting for it to be back up instead of healing
About 8 minutes in and as a support main in most games, I'd say his biggest issue is playing scared. He's playing way too far back on a character whose primary fire has a limited range, he's not trying to make plays with the boop/yoink, and he's saving ult for phase 10 of the MCU out of fear of wasting it (and the two problems I mentioned result in him getting way less ults than he should). That said, bro did say he's fairly new to hero shooters so I understand why that fear is there. If he can conquer that, I trust he can beat Elo Hell!
What I think they should have done is let him play his main Match 1, then ban his main match 2 and have him play a different character (Strat.) to show his flexibility with another character. If you want to go higher you need to know other characters when need be. or if the Team comp needs to be adjusted on the Fly.
This is an interesting concept but I think it would have worked better if he wasn't on console and the ranks were at or just below where he thought he should be. With half the lobby being GMs he was going to struggle even if he really was good enough to be diamond 3, and having a GM there to tell him to ult isn't really representative of how good he actually is. I think it would have been more interesting to see something like 3 plats and 3 diamonds on each team (where he's one of the diamonds), then see how he compares against them.
A few things I learned as Sue (got to GM, don't think I deserve GM though tbh): > Usually save ult to counter something but sometimes you may be forced to use it to push or for quick heals if your team is constantly getting shredded/feeding. Your ult can charge very fast in clustered team fights. > Use vortex on cooldown unless you're getting dove alot. Same with the pull (usually wanna pull someone in a bit but pushing them can save your team). Using them on a diver may save you but if they're good enough to play around it you're dead anyways. At that point just accept your fate and keep using them to pressure enemy team. > Shoot through both times whenever possible but Sue will be heal botting often if your team is constantly under pressure. So best value is if you can hit everyone. I often end with very low damage/kills but 40k heals and 20k shield block. But if you can, poke the enemy while healing. > Pretty much have your shield up at all times. Try not to let it break but it's easy for the shield to get 1 shotted so don't stress too much on it. The shield heals so placing it on your tank, even if they are holding a shield, can provide enough extra healing and blocking to save their life when out of position. Also great for a heal pack for flying characters so you can keep eyes forward, covering Punisher/Moon Knight, etc. > Ideally you want to be at the very back of your team but due to her limited range some maps/team comps/teams that just constantly scatter force Sue to play damn near front line to be able to get value. In these cases you'll likely be getting farmed but can still put up serious healing. But this is far from ideal and is ONLY where you position if left no other choices.
As a fellow lord with Susan, while yes he should DEFINITELY have used his ult a lot more often to counter enemy ults, he said he’s never played hero shooters before so that may not be known to new players to this genre. Simple things like that to veterans like us, may be completely foreign to others.
As a sue player myself, he has a bad tendency that I do to stop throwing basic attacks and spam the shield as an alternative but that should only be supplementary to the basic heals. You lose healing if you keep spamming the shields honestly. Just toss it and start using auto attacks unless the shield is really in need of a move. Yes it does heal as well but it will also break in literally 0.2 seconds from ANY kind of fire, so don't expect it to function as a sole healing source. It's good to toss on flying allies to use as a healing point tho. I use it like that for storms and iron men. Also, not enough use of other skills. Pulling enemies out of position and slowing them for easy kills is a powerful utility on sue. I do it ALL THE TIME to good effect. Spam the slowing orb. That thing is great. Save the pulls for key moments or defense if you aren't feeling confident but you have your jump to avoid bad situations generally.... even if the stupid invis fails far too often... Just my experience as sue anyway.
I was playing with a kid on pc he said he needed help and I’ve been helping him. He is also a healer and he mains cloak and he had the same problem. I told him about counter ulting and he didn’t understand it until he actually did it when I told him too he did it every time after that and he realized how much space he could create even if he popped it one second after the other cloak small things make a big difference in these games
Agreed, maybe something for future videos to keep console and PC apart. Theres probably also a difference between a plat pc player and a plat console player.
imo there’s really not that much difference in skill with console vs pc. Aiming is very important in Ow but since this is 6v6 on rivals some missed shots are more lenient. It really comes down to reaction , positioning & awareness. Dude lacks that , nothing to do with aiming.
When I started playing in low GM lobbies I felt a pretty big difference in support players. Plat and even some diamond support players have kind of just slipped through the cracks with passive gameplay and pressing Q when "insert enemy voice line here" happens. But now i've been having to adapt because these Inivisi woman players who were once docile little creatures to my captain america, are now looking for angles to push and pull every single engage/disengage I do. I think alot of new players especially ones who did not come from OW could benefit from seeing this.
Speaking as a current Gold I player who got to silver I in 8 wins, i think its the mindset of Ulting while defending. Because he had no problem with using his ultimate to push a corner while convoying. I can personally say the same whether i run tank or stratetgist i always never know when to ult on defense either. I try to follow others but sometimes it’s tough to time it up with no team ups.
I feel like the enemy Magik & Starlord went easy on him because they're both extremely good dive characters but seemingly never tried flanking him which would have been a good test to see if he's managing his cooldowns effectively & if his awareness lead to him avoiding or even taking out either of them.
IW kit relies on being reactive to other players and it didn’t seem like he was able to react with the pace of a higher elo game. He had his force push activated many times thinking he might need to push someone during a team fight but didn’t even use resulting in down time when he could have been healing/damaging. He’s in the right elo
He doesn't call back the shield, most of the time the shield is place in nowhere. He is not using the shield on a close ally to self heal and, most important, has no idea when to use the ult. People on supports forget, that the defensive ult is broken, you can counter 2/3 ults at same time from the other team with 1 defensive ult...
I saw immediately when he was not picking his shield back up to recharge it during downtime that he was where he needed to be. He is also too scared and backed out of range of his own heals. Both things I noticed by at least 6:08
I’m almost convinced that he’s actually ranked higher than he should be.. there are some very basic fundamentals that he is missing. I would give someone grace on a character they’re just learning but he’s a lord on invisible woman. So he should have a decent idea of the character and also the role. As a healer in general you don’t want to be isolated in the back, playing in the main lane for too long (even behind teammates, you need to break LOS of enemies because good ranged character will one shot you in higher elo), and you need to help with damage/zoning/space taking at times. You can support your team by doing more than just healing. Learning those windows for damage are what makes a next level support. And specifically on Invisible Woman, you want to look for opportunities to use you push/pull to take people off of objective or even off the map. You can also use your sphere ability to get divers off of you or your teammates, or even just use them in the chokes constantly to make it harder for enemies to take space. He’s a heal bot and had the least amount of healing 😅
I do have a small argument for saving ultimates. Most of the time I do agree that you should use it as often as you find an optimal opportunity, however in my case as a magneto, I save it to counter ults like punisher or cloak and dagger.
Btw one time i was in plat 3 and my friend was gold 1 we versed a 6 stacking diamond team all diamond 3-2 and we won in a stomp elo hell does exist the person in gold 1 got mvp lol. But to be fair 5 of the people on the team so everyone except me has overwatch experience but this was 4 days ago and we still in plat
As a Gold 3 IW very nice skin main he started off badly with alot of mistakes that cost em space but he seemed to pick up after abit a few areas that could be improved (so nice ult shut downs) attacking half he would get alot of heals/attacking benifit from being nearer Strange using his shields u can do some much damage pulling/pushing..vortexing from that point also helps push space and force a retreat (watching more there is a Groot on thier team BOTH tanks are awesome to strap too and utilise as "Tanks" and being really aggressive with
Needs to ult more, dont play so safe. Go for plays, pull people innto your team more and push them away more. She has really short cooldowns.. isnt aware that when they say 'I have loki shift' they can stay near the clones or the loki because it means they'll put up lamp. They ran away from it when the starlord ulted.. Its good to value your own life, just.. do that within the fight. If your too far to do anything you staying alive looses its value.. This is a gold player.
I’m currently gold after the reset and I haven’t played much but I swear gold is better than this like this is low silver on pc Mayb it’s just I’m in Asia too idk
Considering supports get ults like nothing in this game, it’s very detrimental to pop ult especially if you’re getting pushed by an enemies ult and they’re just rushing your back line into oblivion. Some people still require more than a Lord on a certain character, it’s all about game sense, awareness, positioning, and knowing what strengths your team has while playing on a support like Sue especially. Maybe Gold is the best he can do and there’s a reason why.
It's hard to say where he should be since he's in CONSOLE ranked, which objectively is far worse for all the lower ranks but on PC ranked he should be in silver-low gold. The only reason he barely won the first game was because the Namor and Loki hard carried the team. After the team switch he got stomped. He doesnt know when to use his ult. He holds his ults for too many fights. He often isnt doing anything when he has teammates he could heal. Invisible woman can heal and damage at the same time and has escapes, so he shouldnt be playing so far back.
It's not just his ult. Almost all of his cooldowns are under utilized. It honestly feels like he doesn't know what to do and thinks that support is just "healer".
Doesnt recharge his shield , doesnt use vortex to bring down the starlord , pops ult every christmas ,doesnt pull or push when needed, does his double jump for no reason at all yeah he's where he deserves to be
I might be gold but I pop my ult as soon as it's ready pretty much. The only time I really hold back using it is if the fight is already coming to and end, like we've won or lost the fight and there's nothing really left to do but wait for or run to the next fight. Then I'll use it in that fight, but you can get ult so fast as some heroes you SHOULD be popping it!
I think you should spectate, and then view a previous loss when the player wasn't being watched to see if nerves of being spectated is making any difference or not. Just my opinion
I can't really give any feedback on gameplay as im not a console player; but as a PC player i'd be playing a bit further forward and using the force pull to drag enemies into the team. And would definately have ulted a few more times earlier. That was a great ult at 12:00. Even if you dont save a team mate; he secured the point forcing them to back off. Loki can definately out heal Invisible Woman in close scenarios. I've done over 40k easily as Loki....Invisible Woman takes an insane amount of healing work to get to that
First 20 seconds i already knew, his positioning, not committing to dps, using invis jump everytime someone come near by for no reason, i watched the comments afterwards and it just confirmed what i thought, he deserves this rank, absolutely no gamesense
Boi plays like he'd die irl if a dust lands on his characters head. He's not in elo hell. He is a certified gold citizen. That very first sequence where he's almost out of range immediately tells you everything. He's also really bad with the ults. The last one was painful to watch. He ulted th point while the enemy is blocking his team. Literally ulted to nobody.
from what I can see, the reason the loki is able to do so much healing and damage is because the other team seems to focus the invisible women when they jump into the back line. this guys play is allowing their loki to do work. That being said, He's way too passive with his ults for sure.
Not rly… it’s mainly due to invisible woman playing away from the team much more often. And when they do dive her and she goes invisible, they immediately switched targets so it’s not like they were specifically hunting her down
He gets overwhelmed and lost during fights, if he wasn’t invisible woman he would die first in a lot of these fights. He doesn’t know how important it is to use ults either, he just sits with it. I would say that he’s not in elo hell. I also think he spams his shield to get some heals on his teammates because he is afraid to miss his shots, because he does it way too much.
I want to say the groot and loki players are insanely good. Always boxing their only one tank after team swap. This kind of content is great to watch. Giving positive feedback. And I agreed that this player can be plat.
Ngl he is where he should be ELO wise. He isnt crashing his own shield to have it regen full health when not using it/not in a team fight. He also could be using it to protect the other support (protecting himself at the same time) so that he can stand a bit closer and use the boomerang effect of IW for dos and heals at the same time… this coming from a gold IW main who truly thinks they are in ELO hell lol
Major issue honestly: Not using his pull or push like at all, plenty of moments he could've ruined a play or got an enemy out of position and he didn't. Needs to work on his indecision. Not making a decision is far worse than making a bad decision. At least in the latter it is possible the decision helped SOMEONE.
Rn hes like Plat. Focused more on his kd i feel like, positioning and Ult usage. His push was on cd when strange flew over top and ulted, but im still not sure if he wouldve had the reaction time to push him away or thought about it. But plays like that is what makes a better IW.
I got into platinum 3, a few days before season 0 end, took me a little while to get back up but am Plat 2 now, and trying to climb to diamond myself and maybe beyond
he never goes for damage or kills either. like the shift is really oppresive and the pull is really strong too for making plays. he just heal bots only
yeah this guy plays okay enough he just has to use his ult at the correct times, it feels like pulling hair watching his team die while he holds onto his ult and runs
He’s not in Elo hell at all , he’s holding his sue ult waiting for Jesus Christ to come back . Brother the Bucky is ulting killing ur whole team POP UR ULT
Bro you almost killed me 😭😭
Gotta love players who save ult for Rivals 3
He’s exactly where he belongs. How someone is lord with sue and level 43 and doesn’t know he needs to ult when the enemies are ulting is beyond me. Seems like a simple concept
He is also almost never using his push/pull to control the battlefield and put enemies out of position. Also playing like 5m too far back where his shots barely heal his tanks and does not hit the enemy team, which slows down ult charge by a mile
@@ftank9083 also with how far he sometimes plays in lower elo with less teamplay and worse aim they would punish it more.
@@ftank9083 I think he doesn’t pop ult because his playstyle prevents him from getting ult as quick as he should.
100% agree. He needs to peak at plat 3/gold 1 until his game sense gets better. Positioning and decision making are right about that elo level if not under
The Lord players in this game are often times worse than normal players 😂. How they ever get to Lord in the first place is beyond me.
I hate when we get a few picks and I look back to see my team is standing in the backline
@@carnagerulez312 The guy said he's only hard stuck cause of his teammates and deserves diamond-GM. This was a wake up call if anything that he needs to improve on himself and know when to pop ult and to get better positioning when trying to heal.

Agreed
@xSnarfsx This is the thing with low rank support players they're just too passive. With low rank dps or tank players they probably feed alot, and sometimes they're also passive af
@ facts. Super heal focused so it’s like a 5v6 with a heal focus Only reason this dude didn’t feed is bc his teammates were solid and didn’t stagger and he played out of the fight too much.
Lowkey this is the correct statement, same as rocket mains
Holy smokes as a strategist main this guy hurt my soul lol
Fr I average 22-40k healing a comp game with Luna cnd or invs this hurt me 😭
@ same but I’m a rocket main at heart, this guy need to go back to quick play lol
Proposition: Elo hell vs Elo hell. Get two Gold players who say they deserve diamond, put them on opposite teams made up of diamond players, and one of them gets the title.
Would totally watch this lol
This is a really entertaining concept i would 100% watch this
👆
then it's a balanced team though. elo hell players believe they are better than there peers so they should go against those who are actually better
Is living important? Of course! But if the enemy is als not dying but applying more pressure they are outdoing you everytime.
This exact comment is platinum lol
I feel like he wasnt using his abilities right either, i am GM2(almost GM1) on console and i can instantly see that this dudes sensitivity is too low for a character who doesnt require punisher level aiming
He looks away too often, and it takes time for him to look back and process what his team is going through and make decisions accordingly.
Or saved it to counter another ult
Then again I think I'm a gold-low plat player.
I'm just good
I would have pushed the strange honestly seems better
I thought he didn’t understand IW’s kit. But nah, he understands but he just panicked too many times to where he did absolutely nothing. He is in the rank he deserves to be.
I also think he doesn't understand some more subtle things about IW's kit. He's constantly having his shield out for no reason, even when it's not fully charged. Why not retract and recharge it when the shield is just dangling in thin air at 90 health?
It's not a horrible mistake but one of the things where you can finetune
I'm sorry but you're right about him doing nothing but he definitely does not understand her kit 😂
Brother is lucky he got gold. Hes scared to move up a bit, he just stands there and as soon as he sees someone close he jumps back leaving his team with less healing. Only reason he is gold is bc his aim isnt terrible imo
I play rocket together with the tanks around the payload, that thing provides so much cover, there is no need to become afraid if your team is playing well and you trust them.
he actually hit plat 3 lol
dawg the amount of times i screamed "USE YOUR ULT, YOU'RE PLAYING INVISIBLE WOMAN."
Starlord, Storm, and Groot are countered hard by Sue’s.
how do u cancel the shield? i thought u can only move it from hero to hero
@@zhrprkp6732on console it’s circle/B don’t know on pc
One placed press F to recall it.
He is far too passive especially for an Invisible Woman, he either needs to grow balls or swap to rocket.
Here are few example of things he could be doing:
- You playing slightly too far from your teamates most of the time, and healing through shield spam more than through right click spam because of it.
(Obviously use shield on teammates that are about to die even if it means removing from where it was places before)
- Same thing but in offense, you can also place shield behind the payload and reposition as it's moving forward ofc. This allow you to self heal safely without relying on invis while staying active and healing teammates that are actively peaking/frontlining.
- use psionic vortex to denie angles of attack to enemies, a flying star lord ? vortex in the air (14:00). Flanking starlord/magic? vortex field the corner so they cannot peak anymore (example at 4:40 where star lord pushes you from the side, you should've vortex field so he cannot peak anymore, this almost got your loki/spiderman dead, which could've mean teamwipe since no healer would've been there to help frontlines anymore as you were so far back from the rest of the fight)
- when you know strange has ult/is about to ult, keep psonic force in the backpocket to him push away when he cast it. If you don't know where it'll come because you lost sight of him, but hear the "eye of agamotto" voiceline, use ult instead instantly without second thoughts.
- counter ult dagger's ult to prevent pushes, counter ult star lord so he cannot see shit, counter ult magic/bucky (few examples at 6:45, 6:57, 7:30, and unless loki counter ult himself ofc with luna/dagger or even your ult)
- heal your teamates to full at all times (5:45 loki missing healt, you ignoring him, I know he can heal himself, but he's in front of you, just one example out of many)
- Keep track of your divers/flankers at all times, they should be back in fight as soon as possible when coming back to you on low health.
In my experience of ow (i assume rivals is similar)
Ps:loki cant heal himself, only with rune which is usually a big waste if used for spam damage.
I mean defending with Spider-Man is kinda wild
I love this kind of content. I remember I submitted my Masters Tank VOD one time to a OW streamer and they roasted my entire lobby.
He was using his shield to heal more than his primary fire
Doing that is fine because it burst heals faster. The thing is cancelling it so it doesnt break after. Ill mainly use my shield to heal flyers. I can throw it on them real quick and then continue to heal others at the same time. If someone is critical then Ill throw shield on them and primary fire to heal them faster and then cancel my shield to use it else where.
@machinayrequiem8596 i meant more like he was just kind of sitting around doing nothing while the shield was on cooldown, like just waiting for it to be back up instead of healing
@@restless5996 Oh I got you.

@@christianmcdade2400 ya gold on console maybe! I’m hard stuck plat1 on PC and this was a hard watch
What I think they should have done is let him play his main Match 1, then ban his main match 2 and have him play a different character (Strat.) to show his flexibility with another character. If you want to go higher you need to know other characters when need be. or if the Team comp needs to be adjusted on the Fly.
he has a huge habit or ducking his head and running. like you absolutely cannot freak out.
A few things I learned as Sue (got to GM, don't think I deserve GM though tbh):
> Usually save ult to counter something but sometimes you may be forced to use it to push or for quick heals if your team is constantly getting shredded/feeding.

Definitely not.
Bro looked at Winter solider hopping on the sky like 3 times and still didnt want to ult
As a fellow lord with Susan, while yes he should DEFINITELY have used his ult a lot more often to counter enemy ults, he said he’s never played hero shooters before so that may not be known to new players to this genre. Simple things like that to veterans like us, may be completely foreign to others.
The fact this kid never used his left trigger or left bumper spells makes me think he should actually be demoted to silver
I told him about counter ulting and he didn’t understand it until he actually did it when I told him too he did it every time after that and he realized how much space he could create even if he popped it one second after the other cloak small things make a big difference in these games
sue gets her ult pretty quickly and the fact he doesnt acknowledge his team and HIMSELF dying when he literally has ult is a very gold thing to do
It should have been console only considering there isn't crossplay in ranked
Agreed, maybe something for future videos to keep console and PC apart. Theres probably also a difference between a plat pc player and a plat console player.
One of the diamonds in the other team was a playstation player so no excuses there
imo there’s really not that much difference in skill with console vs pc.
I think Rocket would fit him well since he likes to play really backline and he keeps on forgetting to turn off Barrier

This dude is so scared holy f
He doesn't call back the shield, most of the time the shield is place in nowhere. He is not using the shield on a close ally to self heal and, most important, has no idea when to use the ult. People on supports forget, that the defensive ult is broken, you can counter 2/3 ults at same time from the other team with 1 defensive ult...
These are the healers that swear there doing amazing!!!
I think he deserves gold, he plays according to his rank
OMG this guy not popping his ult is KILLING ME LOL
The only thing I would wanna say is that it's important to look at damage blocked when it comes to invisible woman (due to the shield)
As a Gold 3 IW very nice skin main he started off badly with alot of mistakes that cost em space but he seemed to pick up after abit a few areas that could be improved (so nice ult shut downs) attacking half he would get alot of heals/attacking benifit from being nearer Strange using his shields u can do some much damage pulling/pushing..vortexing from that point also helps push space and force a retreat (watching more there is a Groot on thier team BOTH tanks are awesome to strap too and utilise as "Tanks" and being really aggressive with
currently sitting in diamond 3, gold was harder to get out of than plat elo hell exists
Bro is not in elo hell. He is a gold player through and through
Dont even think gold is his rank, his team def carries him in games
Doesnt recharge his shield , doesnt use vortex to bring down the starlord , pops ult every christmas ,doesnt pull or push when needed, does his double jump for no reason at all yeah he's where he deserves to be
I might be gold but I pop my ult as soon as it's ready pretty much. The only time I really hold back using it is if the fight is already coming to and end, like we've won or lost the fight and there's nothing really left to do but wait for or run to the next fight. Then I'll use it in that fight, but you can get ult so fast as some heroes you SHOULD be popping it!
when the groot ulted him and he legit stopped moving i got a lil mad, no healing, no damage not even looking around its like he just gave up.
He never pulled and he didn't bubble airborne character. Sue is a cc not a straight healer.
From start to end THIS WAS PAINFUL TO WATCH
I think you should spectate, and then view a previous loss when the player wasn't being watched to see if nerves of being spectated is making any difference or not. Just my opinion
I can't really give any feedback on gameplay as im not a console player; but as a PC player i'd be playing a bit further forward and using the force pull to drag enemies into the team. And would definately have ulted a few more times earlier. That was a great ult at 12:00. Even if you dont save a team mate; he secured the point forcing them to back off.
Loki can definately out heal Invisible Woman in close scenarios. I've done over 40k easily as Loki....Invisible Woman takes an insane amount of healing work to get to that
Hahah
Ult on a passive fight on the cart? Twice
Ult on a high pressure fight? Better save that sheet!!!!
Yeah, the guy belongs in Gold.
Yeah I need to get into one of these. I can prove elo hell is a matter of intelligence rather than solid game mechanics.
23:04 What??? If he's Plat I'm Celestial LOL. I'm Plat.
First 20 seconds i already knew, his positioning, not committing to dps, using invis jump everytime someone come near by for no reason, i watched the comments afterwards and it just confirmed what i thought, he deserves this rank, absolutely no gamesense
The way he plays, he’d be better at Hawkeye
It’s funny how this portrays high Elo lobbies as communicating a lot I barley hear a peep in grandmaster most of the time
Boi plays like he'd die irl if a dust lands on his characters head.
And when they do dive her and she goes invisible, they immediately switched targets so it’s not like they were specifically hunting her down
Facts dps and sometimes the tank is okay to tempo ult depending on the situation. Supports should use the ults to win the fight/counter or force.
knowing when to ult is what sets most healers apart.
dawg as soon as i got to gold I went on a massive winning streak and got up to plat 1 and now im having a difficulty getting into diamond
13:02 first good ult I’ve seen from him.
that sue was the actual definition of ego heals. Thinks there way better than they are and blame everyone else
this just shows how easy it is to climb playing healer without actually knowing what you are doing
He’s right where he should be. This is a good player playing at its best
He does NOT deserve diamond. Straight up.
yesss letts gooo! the best channel on the entire youtube is back with gameplay of the best game in the entire world! lets go! in the universe!
Playing in front of Jay shouldn’t make you nervous at all. Definitely deserves high gold
holding ult for 10 years, taking too long to reposition, kept turning his back on the entire team , missing alot of shots.. hes gold for sure
Rn hes like Plat. Focused more on his kd i feel like, positioning and Ult usage. His push was on cd when strange flew over top and ulted, but im still not sure if he wouldve had the reaction time to push him away or thought about it. But plays like that is what makes a better IW.
I got into platinum 3, a few days before season 0 end, took me a little while to get back up but am Plat 2 now, and trying to climb to diamond myself and maybe beyond
he never goes for damage or kills either. like the shift is really oppresive and the pull is really strong too for making plays. he just heal bots only
I’m just watching this videos and yelling “ use the dam ult”
yeah this guy plays okay enough he just has to use his ult at the correct times, it feels like pulling hair watching his team die while he holds onto his ult and runs
Nice people are starting to do this again 😂 this was fun to watch in valo
28:00 “Being on console” doesn’t excuse missed shots lol I will die on this hill
