I think building her like a leo from summolers war would be smart. Just super slow and tanky. With that you could gear your units also super slow but with much higher atk hp def basically making fast units waste a complete stat right?

@@dudleygt3327 I'd say most people that started with E7 came from the first big blueprint - summoners war. In summoners war there is a dragon knight called Leo. E7 is for the better or worst a copy of summoners war in many aspects.

What do you usually do when someone tries to cleave you and you play normal or tankdown? I think you try to pick units that ensures survival, counter attacks, extra attacks like poli or celine, or try to cut for turn order and apply stun or silence. What this unit does is I make this unit slightly faster than my regular anti cleave team, just in case they ban her. Now if they don't ban this unit, harsetti always goes first unless zio is there, meaning buffs can't apply so now cleave teams need to rely on cleansing skills or choose to go without buffs. AND THEN it shuts down turn order of the opponent so its a complete coin toss after that, favoring the tankdown player. If opponent has any none attack skill, and you picked poli or celine, guess what, it still does the attack and push up those units because her skill only limits cr push on her turn. Only counter is Zio for the race and pushback, otherwise she'll go first. Or build high res, at least she doesn't have ignore ER soulburn thank god. But after that its still a coin toss with RNG for turn order. She's the unit that takes a completely losing draft against speed to a coinflip and will be much more reliable as a deterant than you think. After all, the last e7 world championship was literally won through RNG of ML Landy and ayufine.
Or u can build her like ml roana with 250+ effectiveness but be reminded cleave players can still torment tank down players with this unit remember she doesn't increase your speed to 90% of her speed so if u already slower than 90% u gonna stay the speed u at so if she's 300 speed the cleaver team will all have 270 speed units whilst your still 180 to like 240 speed on your units so their ran can still go after plus she has book and counter block which can even hurt tanks or if she doesn't need counter block she just SB s1 and def break your slow units then cleave u...

If they made the passive only effect the enemy that'd actually kill the game. Youd have her at +0 spd and your other units at 300spd and they'd lap the enemy several times over. So her passive needs to effect both sides
she counter cleave cuz she mess up turn order of enemy team (base speed) and imagine ran goes last and bbk first etc u dont give a fk about s3 or s1 it's just nice addition
and as turn 2 player u dont really care about right turn right (not always at least)

If you are a slower player and have 200 speed Harsetti, tha enemy 300 speed Ran is now a 180 speed Ran.

One little correction, though: New Moon Luna is not a "strong" character, she is unfair to play against. 100% banned from my side in rta and I don't even try revenging arena or attacking teams that have her. That's the level of ml luna.

@@aethercosm "just" outspeed... most ml lunas are above 300 speed. My fastest unit is 280 spd. I don't have a decent cleanser, like ih achates, or ml kawerik, let alone a speed gear to cleanse right after ml luna.

if you don't have what is essentially one of the more accessible and f2p friendly counters then idk what to tell you, but luna is pretty easy to work around

Ml Ilynav can be good with a slow harsetti because everyone will have a similar speed and she gains a lot of cr.

I'm unsure how that passive works when it is sealed, but from what i am guessing, atleast the speed part is permanent. even if sealed, but not the combat readiness part.
Why do i think this? Because otherwise her passive would do nothing after being sealed once since it says "start of battle"
If she gets sealed, everyone get their original speed the second she gets debuffed. Keep in mind that it will only affect the CR obtained at the end of each turn and not suddenly make all 300 units at 100 CR.

If I were to build a fast Zio, will he win take the first turn? If I'm not mistaken, Zio will have 20% CR Push at the start of battle. She only prevent push on her turn and limit his speed, but not the push right? He can still take first turn.

Legit she seems like Leo from SW with that passive her limiting speed seems like you can just focus on slower units with higher stats in other places.

Leo have been highest rta tier since release in sw. She is Leo on crack she’s gonna stay top rta unit until the game dies. Besides zoo no one can be faster than her and it makes slow bruisers like candy/ml ily… even stronger

The whole point is to not use squishy cleave units. Tanky units w high er to resists her debuffs n survive her turn. Even still, she only gives unable to debuff n no counter.
You can still use ml luna s3 and seal her passive removing rule of skuggiheim. So its not the end of the world like ppl are making it to be. Ppl are gonna aim to make her more into a dps unit. Ml kawerik,laia,aol, and the usual annoying cleansers will still be vaild. Shes not a nahkwol where she goes first n silences you and seals you.
You can still move foward with that is all im saying. Yes the cry with cleavers is to be done w the fight by being first n spamming sb which is where everyone is crying about. You just have to do what players on the other end that arent fast do, adapt and use a different tactic
@@sahid2_- bruh zio roana gets countered so fking hard by other units and cleavers have to pre ban zio too, now with this unit in the preban, cleave have to deal with the likes of ml hastes,brenya,muna,candy,myufine,ellynav who just fucks up cleave if 2 of them exist in the same team.

I think she requires the opposite of a lot of planning. Reaching 90% of her speed isn't gonna be a big deal for either side, which means speed rng is gonna determine nearly all matches.
I think with ml luna and Nahkwol being prominent currently, isn't as op people think.
She a *boss* unit. Everyone has been impactful. ER ADS might become a thing.
I rather this on a *boss* then on a limited (especially a collab unit).

Harsetti into Blidica s2 with her arti is going to be nuts. Don't even fast Blidica since you just use her for the s2 and s1 so you can stack crit/crit dmg/eff instead of speed. This is the new era of cleave (if Harsetti somehow slips past the permaban).
Hes talking about how hard it is to use her as if hes trying to draft her into a cleave team and she has to be 300 speed so his units can be 260 speed, Id just draft her base speed with Candy and now the base 94 speed isnt so bad. Plus u can use units like lewdica with her to push people back, and all ur units move first if you want to cleave or put her on crown for anti cleave, doesnt need to be a CR push to dodge her passive.

Sir, if you have harsetti and plans to fight another harsetti but you have faster speed in your harsetti, is the enemy's harsetti passive will be ignored and will be based on the passive of your harsetti?
So if you make her slow you'll make very slow units looks faster because everyone else becomes slower, if she doesn't get banned you don't even speed

Slow players probably won't be affected by any of the drawbacks you mentioned.
It just randomises everyone. Only superfast players will be affected

I think she does work to counter cleave if used with book, just s1 sb and kill a squishy unit, besides that she is insane for playing with slow characters like ml landy or bruisers since you can cap speed at 110 for everyone else

If everyone is limited on speed to Harsetti, then I assume the slower Harsetti will win and force the other Harsetti below her unless they have some internal logic to determine who loads in first then it might be a 50/50.
I like her because if my cleave adversaire pick her she gonna mess with his tunning if i put her man i m a turtle thats not a big deal

My thoughts on the second skill: The speed of all is limited to 90% ONLY on the beginning of the battle. Meaning once the first player's turn starts, the speed is no longer capped. I think she is meant to be built on HP, crit, crit damage, with some accuracy. She will take first turn, but if built without speed, the opponents opener will likely lap her if she is slow enough. After she takes her first turn, bring some bridges CR boosters, debuffers, buffers, etc to wait for the big damage to come with her second turn using first skill.
On Arena defense I see people running her with something like: Harsetti, Elena, Belian, ML senya. She is the opener, but she is also the damage dealer.
Unfortunately, that's not how it is. Her s2 lasts through the whole battle.

It says that the speed of the caster is fixed going forward. So rage buff, speed buff or speed down buff won’t affect her own speed due to it being fixed. And she will always be taking the first turn during the turn rotation

90% of Cannaa yapping is about how turn 2 player need to adjust the entire team speed with harsetti 'passive'. In order to not make the team mates wasted a lot of stat on speed, So 'ideally', harsetti team mates should be base speed with minor variation to determine turn order.
This of course assume her passive to be available as long as she is in the field (alive), and not only for the first turn.
Nonetheless, nothing is set in stone. Plus, it's SG wording/description. You can take that with himalaya grain of salt. Her passive might only stay for the first turn like you said.
