Hey guys! We are Benny and Esther! We both quit our full-time jobs in 2017 and are now running an E-commerce business.
We started this TH-cam channel to help people all around the world with guides, tips and recommendations of places we have been to. Some are useful and some are just for us to keep as a memento. Something to look at when we are old or when we can't remember much.

can i change the speakers without installing an amplifier ? i have the HIFI system in the f11 facelift , but it sucks . Which is better B&O or B&W ?
Hi Baris. Yes you can. I've gotten B&W and it sounds amazing. Not sure about B&O because I've not tried that.
HI Benny, nice channel there. I own a BMW F30 330e M-sport and just upgraded the speakers to Bower & Wilkins (5 mid ranges + 3 tweeters), I am thinking to add on a set B&W sub-woofers from the link you provided, is the sub-woofer plug and play? do I need to buy another casing for the B&W sub-woofer? Also your link for the WUDI amplifier is not working, can you recommend an amplifier for if I would like to install the B&W sub-woofer? Thank you
Hi Ckw! Thank for compliment! Please go ahead with the the B&W woofers. You do not need any amplifier for that, just plug and play will do.

Hi Fraizer. I had installed a DSP to 'tune' the music and an JBL amplifier powering a 10 inch subwoofer. Hope it helps.😄

Im not sure but you are the expert : the bowers and wilkins are originaly made only from G series cars ? Or they are some originaly on F series ? If is not possible to install them on F series is because it need the RAM unit too who is on G series and if im not wrong not on F serie ? It will be great if you can help me for all thoses questions. And if you know please tell me we are just human and is many cars brands and modele :) thank you again for your kind help

I've bought HK subs from the same store as you did. But they not fit properly, in my f30 seems that subs are 1mm larger, they not flush and sits as original. If I hev seen your video probaly choose b&w instead.

Help I'm having an issue where I hit a bump and my speakers stop working on one side but they all work because they come back and play perfectly help???
Theres a connection issue, maybe a wire to speaker is loose.

I'm holding back on purchasing the Subwoofer and wanted to ask you, if HK or B&W subs are better for low/mid bass? Which would you prefer and why?

Hi fellow Singaporean Sean! Happy National Day! The B&W subs are better overall. Most of my bass are coming from my 2x10" subs in the boot now though :)

Are these genuine B&W speakers?
They are original, I have bought Bang & olufsen from aliexpress. But if you just change the speakers, it does not mean you have a B&W system now. B&W uses individual speaker wiring and different amplifier. But replacing your speakers with these B&W speakers is a good upgrade anyways.
@@maxl7827 they are not original - its replica with ohms like HK for upgrade HK audio. OEM speakers from ALI cost 3x more then this replicas, and have different wage and ohms.
@@allwheeljack ohms between hk, b&o and b&w tweeters and midrange speakers is all the same. only differences is in the subwoofer ohms

AliExpress- 6ohm, 306grams, sounds a touch brighter
OE B&W- 11ohm, 312g

@@HeadTurnNet Hi HeadTurn Cars!Sound quality is much better. Vocals and instruments are clearer and crisp. Very good investment into the f10.

Yes they are I have bought Bang & olufsen from there.
Hi, im looking to purchase the B&W Speakers, however it does say what the sound spec is. Do you know the spec for example Ohms, rms? etc
Mid range speakers and tweeters are 4ohm just like every Bmw speaker. Subwoofers are 4 ohms in base audio, harman kardon and bowers wilkins systems. Hifi system has 2 ohm subwoofers and bang olufsen had 8 ohm subwoofers.
Bowers wilkins and bang olufsen subwoofers get 250W each. Harman kardon subwoofers get around 80W each, hifi subwoofers 40W each (all peak power I assume). Bowers wilkins or bang olufsen mid range + tweeter combination together get around 100W.

@@Official_Diego No problem. Also a local audio installer told me the newest Harman kardon systems (idrive 7 and up) have 8ohm subwoofers aswell. Also some bowers wilkins might have 8ohm subwoofers. These specs are hard to find and accuracy of the info can be bad. But the top audio options have usually used higher ohm subwoofers, 4-8ohms. For cleaner bass and better frequency response, however it requires a lot better amplifier to drive 8ohm subwoofers powerfully.
@@maxl7827 yes i was going to order the bang olufsen subwoofers as they are 8ohms but the seller recommended to get the bowers & wilkins as they are 4 ohms and the LQ amp they have would support the frequency better. I went for bowers wilkins mid range speakers with bang olufsen tweeters and Bowers subwoofer. Just waiting for the subs to arrive. And then later order the LQ amp from them end of this month.
@@Official_Diego Oh yeah good. I got bang olufsen midrange speakers and tweeters for my car. Didnt buy the subwoofers because they are super expensive, got bmw subwoofers by audio systems. I use match up7bmw amplifier, its super good. But now a guy is selling whole bowers wilkins speaker setup with subwoofers for very good price, so I will buy that and swap them in. I hope they are good. The problem with match up7bmw is that it gives 160W/320W to 2ohm subwoofers and to 4ohm subwoofers it will logically give half the power, only 80W/160W. I am wondering if that power will be enough for bowers wilkins subwoofers.
I also thought about the LQ amplifier but I got the match up7bmw used for cheaper and its better. Which audio option does your bmw have from factory?,

@@Dgnkrty They are fantastic, especially for the price. If you have base audio or hifi, they are a big upgrade. If you have harman kardon/logic 7, then its only a small upgrade so depends on you if its worth it or not.
