Zinnerman and Marida have such a sad story. I really feel for both of them. Easily two of my favorite UC characters just for feeling... Real? Grounded? Something like that
Marida 😢😢😢😢 Despite her upbringing, she still become light of humanity. Also thanks to Zinnerman that "teaches" her how to become human being, not just a clone designed for war. Ironically she's more humane than some of the non-clone human characters. I'm glad I didn't skipped ZZ, all the Ple clones deserved better and a lot of ice cream fr. If multiverse exist, I would like to believe there's an universe where all the Ple clones lives happily. "Marida Cruz" is one of the most beautiful name in Gundam series, fitting for beautiful, strong, resilient character like her. (Once a week, I bring my marida merchandises to random ice cream shop in my city to fulfill her wishes 😂)

The OG Elpeo Puru and Puru 2 Also Had the Same Sympatheticness towards other people...😊 Marida's WAS AMPLIFIED by her Own Suffering and Pain, which Made her More Sensitive towards Hurt, Emotionally and Mentally Troubled people...😇 I'd also Add the Fact that Your Sentiment IS SO ACCURATE, Of All the Purus, Marida has the Most Unselfish and Caring Heart despite How the World Treated her...😞 I Guess her Namesake Was Given to Her by the Anime developers BECAUSE of her Deep Profound role in the Story, Blessed Mary of the Cross, Most Merciful and Caring one...😔😇
The special forces guy gets it when he tells Banagher to destroy the Neo Zeon cockpits. Yes, his CO got killed, but he can accept it and continue working without throwing a hissy fit or temper tantrum. He is a soldier for sure. Angelo, I am not so sure, bit too high up his own you know what, that boy.

In Advance of Zeta Reboot, the ReZeon faction is run by a girl heavily implied to be a Ple clone named Alicia and her clones. The fact that ReZeon was founded by Gihrem faction members(as Gihrem Zabi is Ple’s genetic father), the clone’s psychic communication being heavily reminiscent of Marida’s psychic flashbacks and stuff, and the scene where the other clones give Diana (the defective clone whose defect is that he is male instead of female due to a cloning error) their ice cream after he completes a specific mission but got bullied by another clone named Cynthia(and accidentally gets into a questionable position with some dying guy while psychically communicating with him). Also, Alicia has weird views on gender roles because Char stole her boyfriend(her fiancé decided to join Char’s rebellion, leaving Alicia behind on mars). She is alive as of the most recent volume.
This show uses "Sore Demo" as an all-purpose thought-terminating cliche. At this point Banagher might as well be using his Newtype powers to manipulate people's minds like Scirocco. AND STOP BLARING THE SAWANO MUSIC SO GODDAMN LOUD.
