Could be your oil pan. I have a 2007 LT silverado, and it was making a ticking sound, and it was my oil pan. My mechanic noticed right away he said, "Look at your oil pressure. it's low."
Yes , get rid of excess wheels put up some adds…. Craig’s list worked for me… lots of old guys like me updated work trucks with the nicer 17 and 18 alloy wheels.. scrap the 16’ . Will bring some good traffic in also. Same folks might become future truck customers… the guys that I sell my flip wheels to…. we tend to spend an hour in the parking lot just talking about these trucks… nine out 10 times they are solid enthusiasts. Just a thought … 🤔
I've been wanting those kind of trucks cause those are awesome
Put a manual oil gage to check it
Just install new oil pump and pick up tube and o ring turn it off before you kill the motor

Cold oil will have more oil pressure then a hot truck oil thins out the hotter it is
Those stock 16” and 17” wheels are overrunning your shop!

Could be the oil pressure sensor
Sorry but that's so wrong it's not going to miss if it has low oil pressure the motor will knock ans eventually lock up
