I have one similar to this, and I vet taped the perch so they have better grip while dealing with the walking motion. Treats are definitely the way to go to get them used to it. I also leave it out and use it as a fun place to hang out in with special treats and toys in there. Look forward to seeing how you use it
Hey K!! I saw an ad on craigslist for a white capped pionus!! MAy 4 1000$ its was in wma longmeadow Mass was the location and i tyoed in parrots or birds. seems to be a store or a breeder. hope that helps!!!! xoxoxo mateo
Interesting! I was looking at one if these, but wasn't sure the birds would not chew right through it. I'd be interested to know how that works out before I buy.
Did it have a plastic odor when you got it? Did you leave it air out? I'm always worried about fumes. Would love to see a training video on how you did get your bird comfortable in it. Thanks.
Hi JoAnn- no, don’t recall fumes. Getting ready to do a travel carrier vid again, I’ll talk about training there. What kind of parrot do you have? What kind of carrier?
I know they look absolutely ridiculous but there are a cheap way to go to see if your bird will accept them before spending money on the expensive ones I have one too
Queen of Bavaria performing TSA TASK ❤️❤️❤️💐💐
Very cool. Now your bird can be a secure tourist. ❤️
Me and my Linnie love our birdie backpack! ❤️
My one complaint is how to keep the perch in place so when I add the attachment it doesn’t twirl/fall over lol
Cute amazon sparrot
Gracias!

Where did you buy this and what is the backpack called? This would be good for my GGC. Thanks. 😄
It may be too big for your green cheeks, but I got it on amazon.com. Just look under parent carrier.
@@ParrotBliss Okay, thank you.

Do you use yours a lot? May I ask what you paid for yours?
How are your ringneck Julian doing?
I’ll do a video update when I have time-
