- Great & nasty powerful set here by the CHEAP DATES, who hailed from San Francisco. Fast, energetic, grubby Punk (sometimes bordering on Hardcore!) in the vein of the CANDY SNATCHERS, NEW BOMB TURKS, ELECTRIC FRANKENSTEIN etc. They had a couple of releases on MAN'S RUIN records about 26 years ago & those were great too. 11 tracks in 24 minutes. Ripped from a 25 year old tape dub.
