Thank you so much for your videos. They really help beginners in 3d modeling.

This video would have been helpful when I was modelling tubes and cables for a robot gripper simulation a month ago. It took me ages to hassle with the handles of the splines 🤷🏻‍♂️ well other projects will come for sure in the future to use this for! Thanks for sharing! 👍🏻

    Great video -- THANKS.
Question: Is it impossible to mirror a 3D sketch, for example the line you have at 6:45 ? I have tried many times to do this, without any success. It seems that lines must be in one plane only to be able to mirror them?

I'm not sure, but the sketch mirror command probably doesn't work as you'd have to select a plane and not a line to mirror. It might be possible to use the modeling mirror command that can also mirror bodies and features, but I haven't tried that.

@@DarkArtGuitars Interesting for sure. I just experimented (Fusion users who know better will laugh) and it looks like you can only use a line as a mirror reference while in the Sketch environment, even though "3D Sketch" is indeed checked. It only mirrors whatever is in the plane of the selected line. That is, I guess you simply cannot mirror a 3D line. Body or component yes, Line, doesn't look like it is possible.🤔If anyone knows different, PLEASE comment or explain where I am going wrong. Thanks.
