Kalpana swaras will come in experience and more of hearing from other artist Rendition. You can crack for any other raaga then. Follow the below steps: Step 1: Sing arohanam and avarohanam as many times as you can Step 2: identify the key notes or jeeva swaras for the Ragam. Practice those notes. Step 3: slowly sing the notes and then faster Step 4: identify the suitable line in a keerthi and start improving. Do not put thalam until you attain perfection in swaras. Step 5: once you are all set, put your kalpana swaras and do it with Thalam. (easy to put kalpana swaras for keerthi's in Adi and Rupakkam) Key to crack the hurdle is patience and listening to other artist renditions.
