First decent run with new route changes that i've been working on, which is mainly a reroute of the coin collection. There were a few large mistakes, so the run isn't that great, feels more like a walkthrough. At the time of posting, this speedrun was the World Record of the Glitchless / No Major Glitches category (as it is often hard to separate glitches from gameplay). Hope yall enjoy

@@pwkotor47 THAT's the point of it's design. It's a some kid's sandbox, that he made his own little kingdom in. It's not going to be some Bloodborne or S.T.A.L.K.E.R level of design.

@@eliprenten7066 First step, recognizing what goals need to be completed in order for the game to be beat. Second step, making a basic route between those goals. Third step, analyse the route and find ways to make each bit faster and more optimized. Fourth step, repeat all the steps again, but mostly step 3.
Also important to note that Speedruns are a cumulative effort by many people. We take what other people have found and build upon it. Different minds solve problems differently and eventually you end up with a route like this from everyone's innovations. As for specifics, the best way to see how a route came to be is to go to speedrun.com and look through the history of runs.

How much time did you spend on this game in total?

I have 87 hours logged on steam, I think my first playthrough was 12ish hours (Around 85% completion), and probably another 3-4 to 100% that file. The rest would be speedrunning and exploring the map (inside and out of bounds).
