Introducing the Photo Collage Pop Up Card. 😍
This is a card that I have had so much trouble with and I couldn't figure out why until .... I got heavier cardstock. ha!
I learned 2 important things doing this card:
1) Use at least 100 lbs cardstock on the base card and mechanism. It helps the mechanism holds it's shape and support all the pictures. If you do not have any double or tripple up by gluing cardstock together.
2) This general picture placement works really well. Just keep in mind there will be a little adjusting along the way.

I can't hardly believe u designed and made this from scratch! love it! what brand glue did u use and what weight of paper pls! I can't wait to see what u come up with next! awesome! I'm saving this video!!
Thank you so much 🥰 You are so sweet!
This design was definately inspired by others. I did not come up with it on my own but took pieces of what I have seen others do and explained it in a way that i thought was easy for people to understand.
I recommend using heavier weighted paper for this ... 100 lbs cardstock is best for the base and the mechanism. Although 80 lbs will work just fine but the card won't feel as solid. I hope that helps! I LOVE Uhu glue and find it to hold really well. Cards like this tend to be open and shut A LOT so I wanted something that would last a long time. Let me know if you have any questions .... I'm happy to help!
🎉that was stinking amazing!!!😂
Thank ya! 😂 Now go make it! 😁
THANKS!!
You're very welcome!

Thank you so much for your kind words!
Wowwww
Thank you so much 🥰
And you are really amazing
You are too kind ... thank you so much!
is it okay if my base card can't reach up to 11in? :(
The pieces on the inside would stick outside of the card ☹️ unless you made everything inside a little smaller but then you'd have to remeasure and it gets hard. But if tou can do it go for it! It will be a little trial and error but possible.
What are materials you use?
Hi John Carlo ... The yellow cardstock is 105# stardream metallic paper in the color called gold. The patterned paper is from an old Scrapbook paper pack I got from local craft store. It's not has heavy ... maybe 65#. The glue is Uhu Glue. I hope this helps! Let me know if you need more info.
What paper are you using 🥹
