You forgot those who put artifacts on characters just for Aesthetic regardless of stats or set bonus.

There’s no shame in a physical catalyst. There is support for every type 😌
I have a physical Barbra and honestly I love her, she’s helped me reach a lot of my highest damages and helped me get really far in abyss when I only had 1 dps she filled the slot of the 2nd, still love and play her to this day
an actual physical catalyst would be really cool I think, like imagine if the first cryo catalyst summoned weapons made from ice that dealt physical damage instead of cryo dmg

Thats true, any character can be physical, a healer, a support or any role in the game, because of the artifacts and weapons. Though some characters are basically already assigned to their role, doesn't mean you can't change them. Take Barbara for example, lots of people make her mainly a healer because that's what she's best at, but then some people make her a dps, and she still does ton of dmg. So anyone can be anything XD

My Yun Jin demands this piece
With kokomi's set, my barbruh deals upto 27k physical skill heal bubble dmg and upto 50k total physical dmg in a 5-heal cycle. Truly my best dps
I don't think she could deal 50k when the cap of the set bonus is around 30k

@@bedezwisalazzyrandola i think you need to read the set a bit more carefully, i can vouch in the fact that the bubble can go over the cap (my kokomi has done 36ks with bubbles a couple of times)
💀 but the Cap are 30k, you need to re check the dmg Source tbh

I can never one shot bosses nor do "godly damage" with my builds so I'm the all numbers on here that have to do with average or "bad" builds, but at least I still get through each boss I fight after some time has passed.

l never go for constellations on 5 star C but the builds l make up for them are nasty asf possible

Got build before character and gave it to someone else with same weapon type to give this build and weapon faster to the character he wants to give this all. And it is not me, cuz I havent gotten my future artifacts for Nahida on my Barbruh.

a high crit substat weapon. aqua simulacra, redhorn, jade cutter, hunters path, etc
For that Ganyu, Probably its Aqua Simulacra, 325%+ without crit weap is impossible unless your arte have 50cdv for each

When is it better to go for elemental mastery over attack% or crit%?
typically only on characters that trigger transformative reactions. transformative reactions consist of: overload, electrocharged, swirl, bloom, hyperbloom, burgeon, superconduct, shattered and burning.
so for example, let’s say you’re running a forward bloom team. that means your hydro characters should be built on EM because they will ‘trigger’ bloom by applying hydro second.
