Yay! Can't wait to see the end product as usual, but the journey is far more important! What is a destination without a journey, anyway :P. Amazing job as usual so far.
Yay! I would've finished by now if I had the spare time but I've got prioritize a lot of things like work and also making casual spotting videos etc. However, terminal structures are essentially complete and I've got a few touch ups and layers of grass to add. As they say, don't rush things :) Cheers!
A massive apology for the delay mate :( Hope you enjoy the episode nevertheless and if you have any questions feel free to comment them as I would be happy to help!
Thanks mate, regarding the runway there's no exact measurement but essentially put your biggest aircraft in the section that will be your runway and work out the wingspan and just how much room you will need width wise. As for length originally I just did it to the end of my board which was a good length but it's up to you.
How do you get the measurement to get the aiport at 1:400? What i mean by that is how do you know how big to make the runways, taxiways, gates etc etc so it looks proportionate to the plane.
I have 1 question. The number on the runway. 92? The highest number you can have is 36. Imagine you are adding a zero on the end of the runway number. London Heathrow has 09. That make is 090 or 90*. It also has 27. That makes it 270*.
Dj's Aviation hahaha! I feel really stupid now! That is a great airport mate. I have a model grass runway on mine. I have used a similar design as the German model airport. But I have a model train with holes in the top that has poles that extend through the base board into the plane. When the train goes up a hill, the plane takes off

Great video Djs Aviation.I have a question. How do you find out how wide the runway should be and how long it should be??
Thanks mate, regarding the runway there's no exact measurement but essentially put your biggest aircraft in the section that will be your runway and work out the wingspan and just how much room you will need width wise. Next one will be terminals/grass then that's it. Possibly a recap. I just don't have the time sadly.

The number isn’t 92 though :) it’s 26
