If there were more heists and Rockstar actually went through with all the singleplayer DLC they promised, I wish Daryl would have more humility as he gains experience with every heist he participates in and survives, so he learns to stop being such a jackass and turn his brain into the "super weapon" he claims it to be.

The second gunman will always stand in the middle of those two doors, which is what kills him. I think the only instances when it doesn't is if you select a professional for the second gunman, so Chef, Patrick McReary, and Gustavo Mota. Any other gunman I believe is going to die when the doors explode. It also says the professionals have more health than the cheaper gunmen, which could be why the professionals survive and the cheaper gunmen die.
Hugh Welsh is my favorite robbery shooter. He is the only one who treats everyone with respect and even with compassion. He is also writing a script for the film. And besides, if you take him to a bank robbery and he has skills with the bureau, then Michael will say a completely different phrase compared to Daryl and Norm
The only reason I trained Norm over Daryl is because Norm wasn’t a self centered jerk and he was happy to be included

I get why some gunmen die in the Jewelry and Bank jobs, but why do some die in the fib fire mission, and some dont.
Because the 2nd gunman with low skill will die.
