This is also why I only work four nights a week. The job is challenging mentally and physically. But, I appreciate it. It beats a boring office, a stinky deep fryer for French fries, or a taxi cab with a moist seat and the smell of underarm and anus. All I do is programme machinery, repair machinery and lorries, repair logistical equipment, programme ladder logic for assembly lines, and electronic and computer repair. I plan on retirement in nine years. I have way too much to do at home and on my property to be working into advanced old age. At least working only four nights a week gives me a lot of time to tend to my land and home. I do not know how people that work 75 hours a week do it and maintain their homes, property, vehicles, machinery, and the such.

we have a timeout on our work computers for a 1 minute lockout, I work in an IT support role and at times I will be reading documentation without moving my mouse or scrolling and this helps prevent my computer from locking when doing so

For me it depends. Some days it can last 8 hours before dieing, others it cant last 5 minutes. Its even worse when the charger either needs to be in position and will shut down because it is at 0% and "not charging" or it wont charge fo a while while on the charger.
Visual basic macros and PowerPoint :) slide by slide. Not very efficient, but originally it was just for something to do. Dident even intend on putting them on TH-cam in the beginning 😂
add this video to your favorites or so on and then look up alarm sounds or loud sounds and then just add that after this video and you will see how fast you wake up lol
