I have a jacket I got from North face It's several years ago. It's the warmest softest jacket I have ever owned in my life. I will continue to wear it simply because I've already spent money on it and I own it. I however will never buy another thing from North face.
I'm sure that they will really miss your once every several years purchases.

People that will go out of their way to find a different company to spend their money with.
