Hi Renso I love your portraits you are amazing. I am a pastel artist and when I use Canson Mi Teintes I used the soft side not the texture side since for portraits the soft side in my opinion is better

Renso. The little white pixels show a pattern of handwriting ( from notes or a letter of some kind) in the hair. At first i thought it was some kind of security option i(watermark) n the paper. Just thought you might check it out.

yes, sometimes, but i will dark the pastel if i decide to use a fixative i have to paint the lights again

Dear Renso, please make a video of how to draw a portrait of a person with very pale skin in pastels. Because the colors used in the previous videos always create a warm undertones for the skin, which is not suitable for all portraits.

Beautiful portrait. If I dare, the nostril is a bit too small and the eyelid of the left eye is too low. Changing these 2 little details makes your beautiful painting an absolute perfect Emma Watson. Amazing work.
