It's wild to think that these targets have hit boxes as soon as they're displayed. The fact that someone just could memorize their positions and could possibly do this real time is nuts, but definitely would be interesting to watch an attempt.

I think they're just random with no way to memorise them. 999 has been done in real time but only with the NTSC bug.
