This was entertaining.
It's really refreshing to see a TH-camr being nice to humans working in customer service, instead of being mean and using "it's just a prank" as an excuse.
Also I loved the little on hold music dance, you were brilliant, maybe do a dancing video to different music, eg news intros, ice cream trucks, and beeping cash registers.
