I feel like whenever life gets difficult and we are so overly focused on ourselves whether it be due to illness/ mental health/ problems in life it helps so much to help those around us even if in small ways. i felt so lost as well recently losing my job, leaving fiancé, two kids depending on me while i’m beyond depressed and struggling but focusing on the people around me for a bit helped to ease the anxiety of feeling like my world is crumbling. i began visiting my siblings more, donating lots of clothes and furniture to those in need, and volunteering at least once a month. it has helped me immensely to be able to be there for others while also learning to be there for myself ❤️

Mai u should absolutely visit Greece its literally PERFECTTTT, but i dont recommend coming now because we were hit by floods, you should come in july. August is fully packed although in August you'll see the best sunsets.. hope you take me into consideration. If you want something different Pelion is the ideal summer holiday.( btw im from Greece and you upload on NY time so i see your vids late😭😭😭)
