I have not used quick books before. I use NAV. I’m wondering for this supplier you picked isn’t their invoice already booked in the system. I assumed after picking the supplier, their open invoice should automatically pop up then you choose what is due for payment
Lets say i have the standard checks three per page, after i print one i cut it off then load 2/3 back into the printer to print the next one? How the hell this works
Qb desktop allows a digital check signature on the check. Does QBO give the option of a digital check signature?
Yes! You need to add your electronic signature as a file to QBO. Then you can add the image to checks through the printer setup options. Thanks for watching!
@@AskaCPA I don't see this as an option in the printer setup options in QBO. It only seems to allow you to adjust alignment, not add signatures, etc. Is there more info you can provide here about how to do this?
