Hello, I’m Joe - I’m a guitar player, singer-songwriter, producer, recording engineer and teacher!
On this channel you’ll find my original songs, covers and solo fingerstyle guitar arrangements. My favorite music doesn’t fit neatly in a box so you may hear me play folk, blues, jazz, & classic rock - you can call it what you want; I feel honored to speak this timeless language of melody, harmony & rhythm.
I was born on May 25th 1991 in Kempsey, NSW, Australia. Since 2010 I have been based in the US and currently live in the Rocky Mountains of Montana with my wife, Genevieve (who teaches illustration on TH-cam!).
I play Maton acoustic guitars, made in Australia (just like me) and am very proud to have my own signature instrument, the JR Signature!

Honestly. I’m 60 years old. This is one of my favorite songs. I’ve have Never heard anyone do a better version and this includes dozens of really famous guitarists. Thank you so very much for the smile you just created on my face! Wow!

On several of his covers I literally jumped out of my seat and my jaw dropped. There aren't enough adjectives .
It was common practice in Jimi's day to take the Vox Crybaby Wah Wah pedal and use a straight razor and cutting the rubber limiting stops in half to adjust the sound to increase the bass frequency range.

Every cover that Joe plays in my opinion is better than the original artist. Joe is awesome on a guitar and a really good singer. I listen to him play All along the watchtower every night plus cocaine . Two of my favorite songs. Joe is awesome.
