LOL Sharing the actual rate of PROM seems to help. And helping people realize that there isn't a typhoon in your vagina just waiting to explode :) it's just like you describe!

I heard that artificial induction (pitocin) isn't recommended for VBAC candidates, as that could increase the risk for uterine rupture. Please kindly advise. Thanks very much! 🙏
You are correct that most providers do not use pitocin with VBAC labors. I would say time and movement (position changes) in order to get contractions going would be the best options in the scenario.
