@cdm6541 Nopez, Packages get downloaded from the Internet first and the same get installed later. The same goes for MinGW, Eclipse, and many other technology setups. What you download initially can be an installer .exe that directly downloads the package and then installs it.

Follow the video correctly. I have shown the steps to reach the free version. Change the web browser and try the same steps. or Open Incognito Tab on your web browser and try to download again.

@Sampa I think some issue with the server. Packages are taking time to download. Others users also faced similar issues even with a good Internet Connection. When I installed, no such issues were there. Just wait.

It takes time depending on the Internet connection as well as the system speed. Do you have HDD or SSD in your system?
