@@amylouise3092 I know she’s younger than most but no new mom knows at first, it’s just one of those things you figure out along the way. I wouldn’t say she has to leave her alone for that but it seems to be portrayed here that Lily wants that time alone because Stacey tends to take over even if she doesn’t mean to
I do think yes and no, sure Lily is an older sister and has experience. But a baby is a lot and she's still a child herself. But I do think Stacy will have to let Lily make her own mistakes and learn how to be a mom or Lily will stay unprepared if she has Stacy doing everything for her. Though Eve is right, a first grandchild, you can get away with murder, Stacy still would want to help out even if Lily wasn't still so young.
We all know full well they'll go down the PPD route because hey apparently it's so common 😂
Or lily might surprise people and be a great mother.
Lola, Michelle, demi had thier children as teens and shock horror they was better than most of the mothers on eastenders 😂
I think stacey is more worried about theo reappearing and hurting lily/charli than she is thinking lily isnt a good mum
They had their problems at first tho but they turned out great. No mother is perfect

Demi? Didn’t she nearly die of an overdose when taking care of the baby girl? She ran away with no means means to take care of the baby, that is not being a good mother.
@@ambzerambzer8800Demi ran away bc Leo wasn't allowed to be with her and Aleesha. She realized it was wrong and gave her back. She overdosed bc she couldn't take the pain of giving her away.

I do almost feel like this storyline is glamorous pre-teen/teen pregnancies i mean I think it’s nice that Lilly actually wants to take care of the baby, the father is involved and Stacey has the right level of concern and is active in helping with the baby and supporting Lilly, but still, correct me if I’m wrong because I’m only watching clips but has there even been a talk with Lilly about contraception and sex? She also needs to be warned about older boys who may think she’s “easy” or guys going for her because she’s experienced etc. I just can’t get over that she is only 12 and people are actually like this is a teenaged pregnancy where she’s like 17/18

You can't leave a baby with a child, even if the child is the babies mother, she has to be supervised because kids don't know anything about taking care of babies

Honestly I think Stacey should just tell Lily about Theo. ATM Lily trusts Theo and if her mum keeps her in the dark she won’t know he can’t be trusted.
