Automated RMU (ring main unit) operation

I am trying to determine the role of a RMU in a distribution system and I came across this video. I have to ask; what is the purpose of this video? Why would you go to all the trouble to shoot it, prepare it, and upload it onto youtoob, when it offers absolutely nothing whatsoever? You just show a monitor and click around a bit and then the video ends? WTF?
